To good to be left buried on the other thread where I put it. This house deserves a thread all of it's own. The most fabulously maximalist interior I've seen in a long time, coupled with a really interesting building. here

What an absolutely marvellous, wonderful house. I adore its individuality even if the colour/wallpaper choices aren't for me.

DD wants her new room decorated with a theme, not just painted. And we'd already decided to paint a night sky - blue backdrop plus stars, nebulas and a moon - on her ceiling. This just convinces me it's an excellent idea and is going to look amazing!

I was not even slightly surprised to spot a womble in one of the photos, because whoever put that together must be a bit of a womble themselves.

It should be horrible, but actually it just looks rather joyful & full of a riotous jumble of happy things to me.

What a fabulous house! We've been house hunting lately and they're all starting to blend in to one because their interiors are identical. It looks like someone has really enjoyed living there and I'd love to meet them!

I quite like it! It somehow works! Don’t think I could live in it, I like quiet and neutral in the house, but would love to stay somewhere like that.

I'd move in today if you just took down all those crosses above the bed. I love the personality and just wish I was brave and creative enough.

It makes me happy just looking at the pictures. It looks like people are actually living there, enjoying their space, being themselves instead of having bland identikit decoration. I would get rid of some of the stuff personally but the bright colours and general relaxed vibe would be like a hug for me each time I came home.

For the pp with the rats comment, the house doesn't look dirty, it's just colourful and has stuff. That doesn't equal squalor! You can have possessions and still clean your house.

I like it, so interesting.

It's the sort if place I feel jealous I'm not as creative and daring (because but could never dare do it myself as I'd worry I'd get bored of whatever theme I'd done!!)

Agree with the comments about it not being grey! So lovely to see someone stamp their personality on a place. It's like a more full on version of what I would do with my house if everything didn't have to be compromise between DP and me. When I go into people's minimalist homes, with virtually no clutter and everything looking new, I honestly feel a bit empty inside.
