Have name changed for this!

Would love some feedback if there is anything glaringly obvious missing from our listing (I have also just noticed story is spelt wrong!) We also need to have added that our building has the EWS1 certificate already, and we still have over 980 years on our lease.

We've been on the market three weeks but have had a verbal offer accepted on an onward purchase under the condition we go under offer within the next three weeks. Appreciate it's not an easy market for flats right now so not overly optimistic! Thanks all.

New photos and description are excellent, the flat looks and sounds amazing, if I wasn’t a dyed in the wool north Londoner I’d be coming round for a viewing!

It’s a lovely flat. I agree your photos are much better than the agents ones. It’s just a hard time for flats but hopefully the right buyer will come along. We sold our 3 bed/2 reception + office in north London (terrace but no garden) for asking price over the summer. Was on market for 3 months and was despairing but we ended up with 2 offers on one day. Completed within 10 weeks. We styled it as much as possible and priced realistically (probably £50k less than we’d have got a year ago).
