What do you think will happen in the next months and why?

I think we're starting to see the estate agents being realistic about the market (and panicking about their jobs!). Now it needs to filter through to the sellers.

Humberts have gone into administration and Barratts looks like it is having severe problems.

It isn't looking good for property right now.

the foxtons boys round here are looking unhappy
heard one yesterday and it sounded like he was worrying about paying his mortgage

yeah noddy...hanging on for something modest that we can simply afford...it's looking likely
