either old or totally modern (think huff not barrat); 4 beds minimum; one that looks like it's in the arse end of nowhere but is in fact easy distance to Sheffield and/or Chesterfield; village considered but only if I can;t see it from my bedroom.

how much?

hatwoman · 19/08/2007 22:59

it depends on whether you want to seriously try to persuade me (in which case let's say £750,000 max) or just join me in a bit of extreme house porn and lifestyle fantasy (I live in London) - in which case I'll look at anything.

I like Highfield. very nice. I found this one but I think I prefer the relaxed farmhouse type.

NadineBaggott · 19/08/2007 23:07

I know you're not keen on Matlock but quite a grand entrance and superb views - interior may need of bit of revamping
