Hot tub?

JoJoSM2 · 18/11/2017 09:42

Very quirky Grin Love the Wandsworth council tax, though!

DurhamDurham · 18/11/2017 09:45

Maybe they’re big Polly Pocket fans Grin

How can a house so expensive be so awful inside, it must have taken a lot of money and even more hours to make it look that bad.

It has potential though, I’ll admit that.

There's something rather jolly about the jaunty angled loos and bidets.

ReinettePompadour · 18/11/2017 09:54

Oooooo I used to have a family member with one of them. Its just a bath. If I recall there was a magazine advert in the 70s for them where they implied you could be a mermaid and sit in your shell full of seafoam. The bottom half is styled the same but theyre not 2 matching halves.

Its got to be worth a fortune now. Smile

wishingitwasfriday · 18/11/2017 09:58

How on earth is the council tax the same as my 3 bed semi?!
That kitchen! I can’t decide if I love it or hate it!

abbsisspartacus · 18/11/2017 09:59

Pink bathrooms at that price?

AfterSchoolWorry · 18/11/2017 10:01

A bath for Ariel!

InfiniteSheldon · 18/11/2017 10:02

Stunning I actually love that bedroom layout

Mxyzptlk · 18/11/2017 10:02

I'd keep the coloured bathroom suites, just for a laugh. Especially the two tone pink one Smile

Wandastartup · 18/11/2017 10:06

It was clearly the height of 70's chic! Can't imagine decorating somewhere then doing nothing to it for the next 40 years. You'd have to spend at leat 100000 updating it. I'm sure we had that green kitchen in blue growing up(& a brown bathroom...)

rizlett · 18/11/2017 10:06

I see Ariels Dad in the pool picture.....

HotDamnState · 18/11/2017 10:09

The decor was probably the envy of people for miles around when it was done back in 1973 Grin.

I don't think the shell was ever cool, though.

NoCureForLove · 18/11/2017 10:10

If ever there was proof that money and good taste do not necessarily have any relationship with one another that house is it. My eyes!

Quite like the pink bathroom though!

HotDamnState · 18/11/2017 10:10

Oh my goodness, the shell is in the bedroom ?! I just clocked that. Hilarious. I bet Geoffrey and Pauline were right goe-ers in their day.

ASDismynormality · 18/11/2017 10:13

So many dining tables!

FadedRed · 18/11/2017 10:15

Is the vendors first name Aphrodite?

What on Earth is that shell ??
bastardkitty · 18/11/2017 10:16

Holy fuck!

HotDamnState · 18/11/2017 10:16

I love how they've 'staged' their small collection of Waterford crystal on their coffee table. A real clincher.

Branleuse · 18/11/2017 10:17

Bloody hell

Branleuse · 18/11/2017 10:18

This is how your nan would decorate.
It will be classed as cool vintage soon

HotDamnState · 18/11/2017 10:20

I bet there are bearded blokes in Shoreditch decking out their loft apartment like this as we speak, Branleuse Grin

flumpybear · 18/11/2017 10:22

What a fugly house!!!!!!

LinoleumBlownapart · 18/11/2017 10:23

What the fuck? That kitchen! I can’t decide if I love it or hate it!
You hate it, trust me.
