Its a cot and a bed in the master bedroom, rather than two doubles. It is a big room though. There seems to be some issue around the windows in the other two bedrooms. Not sure what, but it would be a lot more appealing if they'd given the walls a coat of paint (it's probably tenanted at the moment, which is probably why they haven't).
In fact, the whole presentation for the photos screams tenants (who may well be pissed of that they need to move again; it's absolutely shit when your LL decides to sell up). If you had anything invested in the sale yourself you'd usually take your washing in and remove the pegs (possibly fold up the whirligig) before so that the garden looked better in the photos. If it's only going to benefit your LL (and cost you loads in fees for moving/possibly even higher rent, etc), you wouldn't be so bothered. Same with creating a less cluttered look in other rooms. There's not much incentive to make the kitchen look spacious for someone else.
