Have quite a big hallway which at moment is painted a mid beige colour, hasnt been done for 5 years so needs doing now.Have a lovely 2 year old who has left her little handmarks all over it.Love neutral light colours but afraid of it getting grubby quite quickly.
Have cream tiles so anything would match really, any suggestions??

Farrow & Ball... Completely ridiculously expensive but, I think, tend to have very lovely colours and seem to fit well in period properties. I've tried mixing Crown/Dulux colours to "match" the F&B paint charts but it didn't look quite the same. Even my (rather "careful with money") DH has come round...

Bless you for saying so lucky4 Grin

Have been warned about when we come to sell it by an Estate Agent friends but i figure painting over it with a cheap paint would only look worse...and we can't be the only folk in the world that like it

We had our house done in milk white about 3 years ago. Had to have some rewiring done recently and a lot of the walls had to be repainted. Took the opportunity to go for some bolder colours as we are so fed up of white. So our hallway is now orange......or to give it the Dulux name "Harvest Fruits 1".

F&B Bone with slipper satin woodwork - looks lovely - have had lots of nice comments.

White. Or at least, it was white for half an hour after the decorators left, at which point it became decidedly 'hand-print' colour courtesty of three small children!

Farrow & Ball Archive. Lovely warm neutral and goes fabulously with black framed pictures.
