I don’t know why another thread hasn’t been created yet , so here you go. Now as we prep ourselves to the peak of this pandemic, let’s all face it together and appreciate how fragile our lives are and how we need each other to survive and flourish.

@Weedsnseeds1 any jaggery is fine but sugarcane one tastes sweeter, so ideal if you would like to add some ice. Feel free to taste and adjust the amount of jaggery for sweetness. If it’s too sweet you can’t drink lots. This drink is supposed to be an aphrodisiac, internally cools our body, has all minerals needed, rich in iron to prevent anaemia, a thirst quencher that calms a sore throat etc. Some even add a little nutmeg and tulsi leaves (all that are optional) edible camphor adds that “hits the spot” feeling with a seemingly pleasant aroma but it’s an acquired taste as well. personally I don’t prefer it much either. Add more lemon if you prefer it tangy.

Ps: That yoghurt is wow. Looks more like the curd I was saying the other day. I think I will try that tomorrow as I have some double cream left.
