Hi please don’t judge. I had my first telephone consultation today she just asked me some medical questions & my reason for wanting a termination, I have my next telephone appointment Friday with a nurse and then she said my pills will be shipped same day. I’m about 5/6 weeks & im absolutely terrified I had a termination about 8/9 years ago and it was a horrible experience as some tissue got stuck in my cervix and I just kept bleeding heavily and passing clots the size of oranges back then I was around 8/9 weeks pregnant. Has anyone had a bad experience but been ok 2nd time I suffer terrible with anxiety so my mind is telling me the worst 😢

My bleeding has gone down. I guess I’m not going to see any clots. Still have the checkup on Friday but I’ll just have to wait for 3 weeks or so and get retested to see if I’m still pregnant.. hopefully not!

Currently the bleeding is very light almost insignificant.. still have minor cramping. Feeling very gassy though, like I have a lot of gas in my tummy but besides that I’m all good!

@AlmostEng hopefully you’ve passed it without knowing.

I’m the same gas wise and still cramping currently just sat on the toilet again hoping I can actually get some sleep x

Hope everyone is doing ok! I’ve not had anymore clots for the past 40mins … I am still getting gushes when I stand up but it is just like a really heavy period now. I hope the worse is over and I can get some sleep. I took the Second set of pills at 5pm. It is now 12:35am. The cramps are painful but I’ve only need 4 ibuprofen at the moment & a heat pack.

@Susie780 my clots stop a couple of hours ago but like you I get gushes & still have cramping hoping I can get a decent sleep but I think I’ll be up with the panic x

Hi guys I'm feeling like crap today I've come down with an awful cold sore on my lips that's full of pus I also I've skin that's come off from when I've pulled my bandages of my implant I had fitted so im sore today how are you lot x

Just a little update for anyone looking for past experiences …
Around 5 weeks gestation.
1st tablet taken 5pm Friday. Absolutely fine just felt a little sick. Had brown discharge 24hrs later.
Second stage 4 tablets taken orally 5:30pm Saturday. Heavy cramps & bleeding started around 7pm. Was passing a lot of clots and heavy bleeding until 9pm. I sat on the toilet for most of this time and did feel nauseous. By 12am the bleeding had calmed down to more of a very heavy period. It was gushing when I stood up (gravity!)
I woke up at 4 and 6am to go to the toilet and change a pad.
It’s now 12pm Sunday. I’ve had a few cramps this morning. No more clots just heavy period bleeding and I’ve been able to move around however am taking it very easy today.
Throughout the whole process I only took 6 ibuprofen Saturday & into early Sunday morning - cramps were very manageable and just like a very bad period. I didn’t vomit, have a fever or anything I was scared about happening!
Heat packs or a hot water bottle are a must I found.
Personally the worst part for me is being unable to use tampons for awhile as I hate the feeling of bleeding onto a pad.

I am hoping the worst is over and I continue to heal and move forward with life now. I would not want to put myself in this situation again - but it really was really nothing like the horror stories I had read online and prepared myself for. Make sure you are in a comfy place, have a toilet close by and have water, pain medication, hot water bottle and snacks on hand. Use maternity pads or overnight maxi pads to be safe. I did it completely alone and am so glad I chose this way over surgical. For me it felt much more natural and gave me closure.

@Relaxing2 oh no sorry to hear your feeling under the weather rest up and take things easy ❤️ I feel abit better today woke up a few times in the night so I’m abit tired 😴 abit sore probably from sitting on the toilet for 2 hours 😂 my bleeding seems okay it’s not that heavy but it does seem like sticky bleeding anyone else like this?

I've been reading through this and the other related posts. I'm not in this position, but I am waiting to see if I'm pregnant and this is very much unplanned. My husband has reassured me that we can continue with the pregnancy if it happens but I am still very confused about it. But what this and the other threads have done is helped me better understand what's involved with termination at this early stage and I definitely think it will mean I'll be better informed to make the right decision for us. Thank you everyone who has been so open and honest with their experiences here, I've really learned a lot and feel I will have options if I need to. I'm sending lots of love to you all xxx

@DaisyMum40 whatever you choose to do is your choice and I’m sure you’ll make the right decision for yourself. I have 3 children my youngest has special needs & sensory issues so I felt it just wouldn’t be fair to bring another child into the family. It’s not an easy decision & certainly not something I will ever want to go through ever again. Whatever you choose I wish you well ❤️ i for one would certainly of been lost without the women on here I was a complete mess from the nerves but these women helped so much x

Do any of you have any pain under the ribs I'm wondering if it's gas? And feeling ok been crying a lot today tho how's everyone eles?

@Relaxing2 I’ve had a gassy feeling but not under my ribs but I did have that the other night and that’s all it was gas & I’ve been same I feel very anxious today and I’m sure I’m having a panic attack x

@Mumto3ggb @Relaxing2 I also had gas yesterday. Feeling better today my pregnancy symptoms seem to be going down I hope that’s a good sign. I just woke up with a terrible flu today and I’m out bad! It really sucks because I have exams… Urg :(

@Relaxing2@AlmostEng sorry to hear your not well ❤️ I’m going to get my hot water bottle filled back up and hopefully feel better in the morning. Is anyone else bleeding kind of watery/mucasy? X

@AlmostEng mine isn’t bad it’s just kind of watery. Hopefully we all feel better soon my morning sickness has gone so I’m sure that’s a good sign x

Hi all. I’m day 2 now since the second tablets. Was super tired yesterday and still had some cramps throughout the day. I didn’t really do a lot except from sleep and eat. Bleeding is still like a heavy period (for me anyway!). I was super emotional last night for no reason and started crying!
I’m attempting to go out today as I feel a lot better. Still bleeding with a few light cramps every so often. I have taken today and tomorrow off of work to be on the safe side.

@Susie780 I was the same yesterday just really tired but I’m not sleeping well either so that won’t be helping really . Glad your feeling better today my bleeding is okish just like on my heaviest day of my period but I can’t wait till it all stops I’m too scared to leave the house just incase x

I’m good! I’ve still been bleeding since Friday, not too heavy but constantly.
Passed some really tiny clots. Morning sickness is gone my boobs are still a bit tender though
My flu is also clearing so that’s good news.

How are you doing?

I’m good thanks I’m the same still bleeding constantly I’ve had some really small ones today too and sickness had gone but like you boobs also still tender. Can’t wait to feel like myself again x

Just an update.
I went for my check up today and the ultrasound showed the womb is empty . So good news at least!
Just can’t wait for these pregnancy symptoms to go!!!!

I’m doing okay I still haven’t left the house yet as I’m scared I’ll start bleeding more but for now it’s very light
