Just had a tentative early bfp which would make me due Feb 2027. Super scary as we have a not quite 9 month old…fingers crossed it’s sticky.

Anyone else?

Welcome and congratulations to the new ladies 💖

Ive had some brown spotting the past few days, didnt have this in my first pregnancy so I called my GP for advice, worried out my mind, he was lovely and gave me a referral to the EPU. Had my scan first thing this morning and they saw a little bean measuring 5.5 weeks and a strong heartbeat ❤️

So glad to hear you’ve had good care and were able to get a scan. I’ve also had some brown spotting along with pain and saw a lovely GP today who has referred me so it’s reassuring to know you were supported and had good news ❤️

I don’t track LH but I didn’t test until what I thought was 14dpo (my tracking app actually adjusted my predicted ovulation day -1 after I confirmed I was pregnant so it was actually 15dpo) and I only got a VERY faint line. The following morning I had a more definitive line. Keeping everything crossed for you, sounds like it’s different for every pregnancy x

This is really interesting and super helpful thank you! Trying not to take tests but failed miserably this morning 😂

Springcloud26 · 11/06/2026 20:06

Hi all, joining after receiving a positive test this evening at 15 DPO! Still completely in shock if I’m honest. First time TTC at 39, around 4 cycles in, just this one using OPK strips! 5 weeks 2 days and due date 9th Feb. Happy, nervous, and looking forward to having other ladies to talk to at this early stage while not sharing the news!

Due Feb 2027
kikika · 11/06/2026 21:10

congratulations @Springcloud26 ❤️ what a great line!

Springcloud26 · 11/06/2026 22:13

Thank you @kikika 💕

Hello all and congratulations to you all! I'd like to join too! I think I'll be due my 4th baby around 16th Feb. Have also had 2 previous ectopics so keeping my fingers crossed. Here's to a happy and healthy 9 months for us all.

@censor22 please don't fret about Group b strep. You'll either be hooked up to antibiotics when in labour or if you labour too fast (less than 4 hours) then you and baby are monitored every couple of hours for 12 hours after birth. That's literally it.

Poppybloom55 · 13/06/2026 12:32

How are people feeling? I’ve had the most intense nausea, dizziness and sickness/vomiting for 3 weeks now. Going to see a GP next week to try get something to calm it down but it’s severe enough that it’s impacting daily life, mostly leaving me stuck in bed. Anyone else just getting their arse kicked by symptoms?

Elena88 · 13/06/2026 16:28

I am 5w 2d, struggling with anxiety .. no symptoms apart from all the positive test and only nauseas when I take the prenatals. If I don’t take them nausea isn’t there ..

I had a straightforward first pregnancy, then followed by 2 missed miscarriages. Have an early scan booked for 6w 4d but I am finding the waiting very difficult.

tierneytarny · 14/06/2026 09:32

My symptoms have ramped up the last few days as I’ve just gone over 6 weeks. Feel pretty ropey today.

Springcloud26 · 14/06/2026 10:09

I’m 5 wks 5 - felt awful yesterday with headaches and nausea but today I feel much better with only bloated feeling (so far!). Will go for a nice gentle walk this morning while I feel okay 😊

ShivWesker · 15/06/2026 10:53

Anybody else got really weird aversions? 7w exactly today and even before I found out I was pregnant I went straight off anything that had been cooked in vegetable oil. Just smells so disgusting to me! I can also taste it so it instantly puts me off anything that’s been made in it. My mum ended up buying me a Tower Air Fryer just so I could have chips again 😂😂🫶🫶

Craving lemon iced tea (last pregnancy it was the raspberry one!), Skips, soup (Thai chicken ones!), hummus (again, a common one for me!) and watermelon 🫶

Nausea is absolutely vile (usually is as I suffer with silent HG in pregnancy), dizzy spells, really sore boobs and bloating. On the bright side, my midwife appointment is on the 24th so not long to go! I think I’ll be about 8w2d 🫶 how’s everyone else holding up?

JesseMumsnet · 15/06/2026 13:11

Hey ladies,

Congratulations! Lots of exciting things happening in this thread 💕

Hope it’s okay to jump in, it's pretty relevant and hopefully will benefit you all.

I work at Mumsnet we're testing a new service called Birth Clubs at the moment: a small group of parents at the same stage in pregnancy or up to 1 year old with professional support on hand when needed to answer any of your questions.

  • Free access to a nurse or midwife who you can message any time
  • Free content relevant to your stage, designed by our health team
  • Free drop in live classes on feeding, sleeping, baby first aid and more!

Might be up your street, no pressure at all. Sign up on this LINK if you're interested. We only have 100 spots.

Hope to chat to some of you there.

Jesse x

Ladies please can I join you? I’m 4+4 following an IVF pregnancy (endometriosis, had surgery last year, egg collection and embryo freezing straight after. Embryo transfer which worked so far on 2 June 🤞)

I’m beyond exhausted. Are any of you ladies shattered yet or have you been this tired in pregnancy before so early? I can’t do anything today. I slept for an hour around lunch but I’ve woken up and feel no better at all.

Only other symptom I have is ravenous hunger for protein

NoCheese2026 · 15/06/2026 15:42

Feeling very tired and a little bit queasy but nothing else except sore boobs and occasional twinges! 7.3, still a while to wait for first scan...

What is silent HG? I’ve googled it but nothing has come up. Wishing you a healthy pregnancy x

My first pregnancy I was already exhausted by this point, having to take naps in the day (I’m also 4+4), but this time round I feel okay so far which is nice but also makes me anxious 😅

Hey girls I hope you’re all well! Just commenting on this thread as I am due 2/2/27 so almost 7 weeks and I’m really struggling with sickness. I had the day off work today luckily but have spent in in bed. This is my first pregnancy and I’m actually contracting so current contract ends 31st July so haven’t told anyone at work and just feeling super stressed about it all especially as feeling unwell. I commute into London half the week as well so I just feel so poo. I lost loads of weight end of December took two years as well and then I quit vaping in Jan new relationship and off contraceptive pill and piled it all on and now all I want is carbs and it’s just so mentally fucking me ahhhh!!! Wishing everyone the best with their journeys 💖💖💖

I am feeling so rough it’s really getting me down and impacting me daily too. I just posted in here about it as I’ve only just joined :( what have you been doing to ease it as best you can? Xx

Hello everyone, I’m due at the start of Feb. First pregnancy, very excited but also realistically anxious before we’ve had scans etc.
I’ve got an appointment booked in for the 10th week, with the midwife @Chellooo felt abit more real to me getting that done 😂
Sore and much larger boobies and cramps most evenings last week but not much else yet! Hope everyone is doing well 💖

We are due very similar then I’m 2nd Feb and it’s my first pregnancy too!! I’m so anxious as it’s so early isn’t it and Just a bit overwhelming. My boobs are sore and the sickness has really got me so stressful with work ahhhh. Have you had any sickness yet?! Xx

Reevester · 15/06/2026 17:45

Congratulations! It is overwhelming but exciting too. I’ve had quite abit of nausea but no being sick (yet) hopefully! Have you got some of the ginger sweets they are actually very helpful! X

I’ve been bedridden with sickness for nearly a week now, unable to work or even function day to day so I’ve spoken to the GP, they’ve prescribed anti sickness tablets today so I am praying they make a difference because I am incredibly miserable both mentally and physically exhausted from it. This is my second pregnancy and I never suffered anything like this in my first. It’s worth seeing your GP?

futurista · 15/06/2026 20:43

Hi everybody, delighted to share this experience with people :-) I'm 4 + 4, trying for two years and over 40, so I'm totally thrilled, but also terrified. Feeling queasy a lot, on the loo a lot, and absolutely shattered tired. I've only just learned of MMCs, having thought that so long as I didn't bleed I could rest assured that all was well. So lots of mixed emotions here.
