Anyone else for November 2025 yet? Technically I'm due Halloween but highly likely to be a first half of November baby assuming everything goes well. 3+6 today and I've known since Tuesday at 3+3! Roll on double figures and feeling a bit more secure in it all.

Yes! After having a miscarriage previously I just automatically assume the worst whenever it feels a tiny bit wet down there. I’m in the bathroom more than I’m not at the minute! 🙈

understand this 💯%!! ayee same here 🤦🏻‍♀️ annoying when my partner assumes im doing a 💩 everytime i do go to toilet aswell 🙄 🤣

Doing a poo would be a fine thing! I’m soooo constipated! 😂🙈

Hi everyone,
Looking for some reassurance really I’m 10 weeks today and my nausea has gotten a lot better. You would think I would be grateful for that… but now I’m so so anxious about the loss of symptoms. I think I’m going to book in for a private scan to put my mind at ease.

Has anyone else experienced this in other pregnancies? I know it’s normal for symptoms to come and go but sadly (as per usual) google just makes me panic more!

Hello @Leanne086 good to have you here :)

Thanks lovely, I joined a few weeks ago. Been reading up with all conversations but not been overly active on here. I’m sure I will once we’ve had a scan next week. When we’ll be around 10 wks x

Yes! This was me last time around. My nausea would come and go from around 10 weeks until it vanished completely somewhere between 13-14 weeks. Little one is currently asleep in his bed.

My cousin was also pregnant around the same time and her nausea stopped before her 12 week scan. Baby was born healthy and full term.

I know it's easier said than done but try and enjoy the lack of nausea - it may be back soon 😅

You are an angel, thank you for that it’s really put my mind at ease xx

Nikkix86 · 05/04/2025 22:45

Went out to see some friends tonight and I only lasted till 10pm before I wanted to go home to get in my pjs and into bed 🤣

XMummyTo5X · 05/04/2025 22:52

its because the placenta will be taking over x

XMummyTo5X · 05/04/2025 22:53

@Hopefultree sorry forgot to tag you in my comment 🤦🏻‍♀️

I haven’t posted yet as I’ve been nervous after 2 losses last year! But just wanted to say, @Hopefultree I’m 10 weeks 3 days and my nausea (which has been mild to moderate from weeks 6/7) disappeared for a couple of days this week. Was thinking the worst so I booked a private scan for today. Everything was fine and measuring on track! The scanner said it’s normal for nausea to decrease around this time as the placenta takes over.

@Jen329 so unbelievably sorry for your losses. Got everything crossed for you and your sticky baby! We’ve got this xx

@XMummyTo5X
Thank you so much! That’s what I had read online too. It’s a wild ride isn’t it. Most people would be jumping for joy to have some sort of appetite back xx

Leanne086 · 06/04/2025 20:01

How’s everyone’s weekend been. I’ve had zero energy and seriously need to clean and tidy my house. Looks like a bomb has hit it! Also super glad for maxi dresses and denim jackets, hides the bump for now! Bump is bumping already! X x

Nikkix86 · 06/04/2025 23:19

I've been working all weekend, from home but still exhausted! And this feeling sick all the time is starting to take its toll on me aswell

CloudsInMyCoffee09 · 07/04/2025 08:30

I've been enjoying some mummy / baba time with my 2 year old... but had to drive around with a bucket on the passenger seat because I've been feeling so sick 😅The glamour!

JennyTig · 07/04/2025 09:07

I had a family event on Sunday which I had to brave with a smile despite feeling nauseous and tired as only my immediate family know.

Strangely (thankfully?) my nausea was the least it had been for around a week, so just the relief of not feeling quite as bad made it easier!

Nikkix86 · 07/04/2025 11:18

Sounds like we are all suffering a bit 😢 I know it's a good sign but I just want to be able to enjoy food again 😅 I've booked a private scan for the 18th to keep my anxiety at bay. Trying to tide myself over till the 12 week scan in may 🙈

CloudsInMyCoffee09 · 07/04/2025 14:38

I've just been for my second hcg bloods and received the results from the ones I had done on Friday.

I was 6+1 and my hcg came back at just under 72,000.

Am I right in thinking that's high for six weeks and a good sign?

Now more waiting for the next results! Xx

That is definately a good result. means you could be a bit further than you thought 🤔 there is a massive range with the HCG though 😅

Thanks, I'm so paranoid after two losses, I don't think I can relax at all this pregnancy! Seems like it's ok for the moment, and google mentions twins a lot too but it's different for everyone isn't it 😅

curliegirlie · 07/04/2025 17:00

It certainly seems like the "doubling every 48 hours" can be a very rough guide! Before my pregnancy went tits up last month, I worked out what my HCG should be on various dates, taking as my baseline 10miu at 9dpo - the first day I got a BFP. I worked out 6+2 as 10,240, but that was just by doubling. I guess it wouldn't take much to make that quite a bit higher if it more than doubled at various stages.

Maybe twins? 🫣😂

Does anyone here do shift work and nights , I’m 9 ish weeks now and the nausea and vomiting is kicking my ass , I think I’m going to ask my consultant to take me off on call work , just not able for it . I’m scheduled to do a 70 hour week next week and I think I might collapse

MuddyMoments · 07/04/2025 20:52

@HopefulfirstroundI don’t work shifts or nights but wanted to say I don’t know how you are doing it! I thought my nausea was subsiding as I had a couple of days last week and over the weekend where it seemed at bay, but it’s now back and it’s evening and night where I feel worse! You’re a trooper!

You poor thing! I struggle working 8 till 4 in an office so you are an absolute warrior! Sorry I can't say anything useful here but you should definitely speak to your boss, they have to make allowances for you when pregnant and those rules are there for a reason 💕

lavafield · 08/04/2025 11:03

No shift work here but hope you can get your hours adjusted. I am super tired and sleepy as early as 8pm, nausea has only really kicked in at weeks 8-9, am 10 weeks now and it is still going strong, pretty much all day long! I work long hours, 10+ a day but I try to work from home as much as I can, and luckily that's allowed, so I can get a cheeky nap during my lunch break 😇 Office is a struggle!
