Anyone else for November 2025 yet? Technically I'm due Halloween but highly likely to be a first half of November baby assuming everything goes well. 3+6 today and I've known since Tuesday at 3+3! Roll on double figures and feeling a bit more secure in it all.

Hi, I hope it’s ok to join! I’m 8+4 today and this is my first pregnancy. Based off my LMP my EDD is 3rd November. I am also nearly 40 so this has added to the endless list of worries! Just wanted to join a group of other women who are at the same stage as me to help with reassurance and advice. I had an early reassurance scan done at 7 weeks and baby is in the right place and growing nicely, and we saw the little heart beat 🥰 but I’m just not having any symptoms at all, other than constantly being tired and hungry and bloated. The anxiety and fear is unreal!! Anyone else?? Thank you for for listening and letting me join x

Hi @Bearsmum85 Congratulations! Your scan looks great! I am very similar, am 42 with my first pregnancy, 8 weeks 3 days, and EDD 4 Nov. I similarly had just few symptoms until nausea hit in full force only past 8 weeks. I hope you don't worry too much, though realistically we all do!
@Sharpy1313 Glad your scan showed growth and heartbeat, I hope the episode of bleeding won't have an impact and you will monitor it going forward.

Leanne086 · 28/03/2025 06:48

Hi ladies do you all mind if I join too? nearly 40 so grateful to be able to do it all again. Currently 8wk+1, due date is 6th nov. This is our little happy surprise 4th baby! Mild symptoms at the mo, but can also feel that every day that goes by it’s getting worse. I usually have HG with all my pregnancies so that is giving me the worst worries ever, as im
hospitalised for a few days at a time until it’s all under control again. So fingers crossed it might be a little different this time. wishing all the ladies good luck who are having scans today x

Nikkix86 · 28/03/2025 07:05

Welcome to you both and congrats on your pregnancy ☺️ it's nice there's alot of us slightly older ladies in here 😅 we can all be anxious together lol I haven't had any symptoms either apart from a bit of nausea that seems to of gone now.

Good luck on the scans this morning 🖤

JennyTig · 28/03/2025 08:05

Welcome everyone! I'm also 42 (with baby number 2) and am having little to no symptoms apart from a metallic taste in the mornings and feeling a bit fatigued.

I had bad nausea (no vomiting) with my first for a few weeks, but can't remember when that started - I'm 6+6 today so plenty of time for that to start. I'm a little worried about that, but there's always something to feel worried about 😅

MuddyMoments · 28/03/2025 08:35

Has anyone’s nausea kicked in? I’m only 6+1 although due to irregular periods that could be out but based on a scan I had earlier this week.

I feel terrible constant nausea 24/7 for over a week now and it’s getting relentless. I’m going out for lunch with a friend today that is going to be fun to try hide, I’m picking up some anti-sickness pills this morning though which the doctor has prescribed - prochlorperazine.

Im 35 and this is my 2nd baby, I’m finding it much harder to hide this time around with feeling so ill. I have a 3 and half year old who saw me struggling to eat bread the other day even said “mummy why aren’t you eating” 🤦🏼‍♀️😂

I'm 5+4 and have been feeling really nauseous on and off but still been able to eat meals etc for now I'm expecting it to get worse though 🙈

SoOtterlyLovely · 28/03/2025 09:28

I've not had nausea yet but expecting it in the next week or so. Trying to enjoy the brief time before it hits. Usually I can only stomach fruit.

Also I got my 3+ on clearblue today and feel so relieved!! With LMP I'm 5+2 today but I think I'm probably exactly 5 from ovulation so it's given me a well needed boost for the weekend. Think my other half will be even more happy because I'll ease off buying tests on our joint account now £££ 😂 xxx

CloudsInMyCoffee09 · 28/03/2025 09:48

I'm 5+1 and started feeling nauseous a couple of days ago, I've only actually been sick once though which I'm counting as a blessing as I was really sick in my previous pregnancies - always on a night and usually as a result of brushing my teeth which is a vicious cycle! haha

I got my 3+ on CB yesterday so that was a little reassuring as I think with my last MC my tests were faint for quite a while. I can't really justify the cost of private HCG testing right now but I thought it might work if I did a weeks indicator test every couple of weeks to make sure it's not going backwards - I had a MMC in November so I'm paranoid about knowing if something is wrong ASAP.

Has anyone else done this with digitals before? Or paid for HCG tests privately? My GP won't do them because I've 'only' had two MCs. xxx

MuddyMoments · 28/03/2025 09:50

Ah @Nikkix86fingers crossed it won’t get worse for you. I find it incredible how we all experience it differently.

@SoOtterlyLovelycongrats on the 3+, I have to admit I got 3+ straight away which shocked me! I only found out a week ago but now it explains why I was feeling so rough! 😂 means I’ve spent less ££ on tests!
Fingers crossed for you too that the nausea is bearable if and when it starts! I’m praying this tablets I’ve being prescribed at least take a bit of the edge off!

XMummyTo5X · 28/03/2025 13:12

You are still quite early aren't you? Hopefully you can see more next week ☺️ I hate the waiting though. Hopefully it goes quick 🤞 and you get your 3+

yes according to my lmp im only 5+3 today.. and yes i hate the waiting too 😂 but then by end of pregnancy all we do is wish for baby to be here when we're to big to move & have to roll out of bed! 😆 x

XMummyTo5X · 28/03/2025 16:13

@missdt89 how did your scan go? x

missdt89 · 28/03/2025 16:45

@XMummyTo5X unfortunately it’s bad news for me.

back ind December 2023, I had a suspected ectopic which resulted in emergency surgery, during surgery they said although there was a kink in my right fallopian tube there was no pregnancy there so it must have moved from there.

unfortunately no pregnancy could be seen where is should be but there is a mass again on my right tube. I’m currently in hospital waiting for the tube to be removed as either way they think not removing it last time has caused this again now as it must be damaged. Immediately after the scan I started bleeding not heavy but bright red blood and have pain in my right side.

so I will be leaving this thread but good luck to all you ladies I hope you have happy healthy pregnancies maybe next time will be my turn

MuddyMoments · 28/03/2025 17:22

Squibblypanda90 · 28/03/2025 21:11

Hi all. I'm removing myself from this thread too. I had my next scan today at the epu should have been 7+4 and I've had mmc only seen the sac and yolk just like last time. I've took the medication theve prescribed after the school run and medically managing at home. Wishing all safe pregnancies.

mummyof4girls · 28/03/2025 21:25

@Squibblypanda90and @missdt89so sorry to hear of your losses, please take care and wishing you all the best for the future xx

Squibblypanda90 · 28/03/2025 21:30

Thank you, I appreciate it. It's strange I'm not really sure how to feel, I still dont think it's quite sinked in yet, this is my first mmc. Thankfully I've got my 6 ds so I'm very blessed.

Writerscompanion · 29/03/2025 07:30

So sorry to hear it @Squibblypanda90xx

Writerscompanion · 29/03/2025 07:33

I managed to wait until today to test again and am very relieved to have finally got my 3+. Makes waiting for the scan on Thursday, which should be 7+0, a bit more manageable. Still not much in the way of symptoms, the occasional boob pain and a little bit of nausea yesterday but they haven’t kicked in yet compared to last time.

mummyof4girls · 29/03/2025 07:38

@WriterscompanionI’m a bit nervous myself because of lack of symptoms I have felt a bit of nausea on a few occasions and I’m tired earlier than usual but other than that there’s nothing. It doesn’t help my anxiety. I have a scan booked for the 23rd April at 9+0 at EPU but considering booking a private one for either next Saturday at 6+3 or the Saturday after at 7+3 as I’m conscious they won’t see much at 6+3 especially if my dates are slightly out.
