Everyone is bumping this but it’s a zombie thread!

I’m now 7 months pregnant, the answer was do more of the thing that gets you pregnant in my case 😂

Fell first try but what we did (just wanted to be in with the best chance from the beginning!):
Ovulation testing
DTD day before, day of and 2 days after peak result
Orgasm during or after PIV sex.
Legs up in the air (not sure I did this each time but did try it once or twice!)
