Hi everyone,

There’s a few separate threads with people due in January so I thought I’d try and bring us all together under one roof :)

Congratulations to everyone and sending lots of positive vibes for happy healthy pregnancies!

Hey! Good idea!
I’m 26 and got my BFP around 5 days ago! I didn’t realise at the time you count weeks from start of last period so I’m 4 weeks today! Excited to keep in touch with you all!
Anyone experienced mild cramping (no bleeding) I’ve had this the last couple days like period cramps but nothing major?
My app says due 12th January!

Missingcoffee22 · 05/05/2021 19:10

Happy to try and consolidate! Will have to see if everyone moves over..

periwinkle86 · 05/05/2021 19:15

Hi all!

Can I join please? Got my BFP a week ago and it’s slowly starting to sink in! It’s our first baby and I’m 5 + 2 so baby should be due somewhere in the first week of January... which feels like ages away!!

Giraffe888 · 05/05/2021 19:16

I think it’s easier to stick in the one that is already on 13 pages x

Congrats everyone!!

@periwinkle86 I'm 5+1 and got mine on Monday! It's also our first so trying to take it all in as was unexpected. Exciting times ahead!!

Benji17 · 05/05/2021 19:34

Hey, happy to move onto one thread if that's better. My app says I'm due 15th January and judging by ovulation I'm 3+4 and only found out yesterday.

Clarkey86 · 05/05/2021 20:01

Fair enough @Giraffe888 I was just in a couple as there’s another one with quite a few pages and I didn’t know which one to commit too Grin

Hi all 😊 I’m a bit woolly on dates due to an unpredictable cycle but I think I’m due very end dec/early Jan. Have a little boy already who is 20 months, and in denial about the reality of having 2!

Clarkey86 · 05/05/2021 20:07

@MrsFLongbottom Breathe and repeat “It will be fine. It will be fine.” Grin

Congrats! I’m due on the 8th Jan with my second - first little girl has just turned 4.

@Benji17 your the same as me! Found out yesterday at 9dpo due 15th January going by my app, ovulated on 25th April x

bages1977 · 05/05/2021 20:26

Hi everyone.

My app says I'm due on 3rd January but I think I might be a few days behind that.

Currently struggling with daily cramps and sore boobs although my boobs have eased off a little these lay couple of hours and now I'm panicking! Just need to chill out I bit I think 😂

Ladypap · 05/05/2021 20:41

Hi all, would love to join this group (first group I came across for January babies!), I got my BFP a week ago and I’m about 4+6 according to Flo! I’m hoping this little cocoa bean sticks as I had a MMC last year in July and 2 CPs after that, not to mention suffering with low AMH! - The joys of TTC and being older! - Currently suffering with sore boobs, constipation (as a result of the progesterone pessaries I think) and major fatigue! Would love to hear how everyone’s symptoms unfold!

Benji17 · 05/05/2021 20:44

@amyannx that's so cool! How were you tracking ovulation? This month was my first try with BBT and the first one where I was sure about my ovulation date. Before I had been trying Opks and could not get along with them for the life of me.

amyannx · 05/05/2021 20:45

@Benji17 I was using easy home ovulation test and temp tracking and got positive and then followed by my temp drop x

MrsFLongbottom · 05/05/2021 21:01

@Clarkey86 That’s my mantra haha! It will be fine!

It’s so exciting seeing so many other people going through the same things- makes it all feel a bit more real.

Missingcoffee22 · 05/05/2021 21:04

@MrsFLongbottom I try not to think about having 2 too hard... I start having anxiety attacks 😂 bedtime with 2?! How?!

Giraffe888 · 05/05/2021 21:07

Would be good to have everyone together as these groups become such a valuable support as I found out with my first pregnancy!

I’m 5+1 and due on 4th January. I’ve already got one DS who is 21 months

My current symptoms are extreme bloating and some days I feel really thirsty!

Has anyone had any cervical mucus? Yesterday and today I’ve had some but according to google that’s normal!

Clarkey86 · 05/05/2021 21:11

My symptoms are mainly one tender right boob Grin

I’m absolutely shattered but I’ve got a lot going on at work and home so I’m not sure if it’s pregnancy or just life!

Hi everyone, first post, first pregnancy! 5 weeks today I'm 35 and only started trying this year so it's pretty amazing. Just hope all goes well! Found out a week ago, I don't think I have ever googled so much as I have done this past week!

Ladypap · 05/05/2021 21:18

@Giraffe888 I had quite a bit in the TWW, its subsided now but have the odd bout of it some days - especially after running! TMI I know, sorry!

Are any of you ladies doing exercises/working out still? I really want to continue but OH is worried it might be too much in the first trimester especially since our MMC.

Madeoftea · 05/05/2021 21:22

I'm tentatively joining after a strong line and a 1-2 weeks test yesterday at 10dpo. I had a MMC in Feb this year and I'm incredibly anxious and trying to take it one day at a time. No idea when I would actually be due because this cycle was suuuuper long and messed up after the MC but I think around the 14/15th Jan.

I'm pretty active, do an outdoor boot camp, run club and generally cycle everywhere I've continued so far and hope to keep it up. I have read things like no jumping or sit-ups after the first trimester etc. Just going to see how I feel but really hope to stay active!

Missingcoffee22 · 05/05/2021 21:25

@Ladypap I'm working out, less than I did in my first pregnancy just because I don't have as much time and am not as fit as I was then. Just doing 2/3 online classes a week just now but last time I carried on with spinning, circuits, weights, everything.

General advice is to do what you did before and not increase. Is good to be healthy in pregnancy, although it can be really difficult in the first trimester if you feel unwell. Follow your instincts x

Missingcoffee22 · 05/05/2021 21:26

@Madeoftea congratulations. Sorry about the mmc x
