4+1 day and started spotting again, this is my 4th pregnancy and I've already had 3 early losses. My most recent being a chemical last month.
When I just went to the loo I have discharge with a slight brown tinge to it, this is how it always starts 😭 I don't think I can go through this is again

Hi all, just wanted to keep this thread updated in case anyone still followed it. Had my dating scan yesterday where I measured dead on at 13+1. Everything is perfect and healthy. I can't believe I've got this far, hopefully I can try relax a bit now ☺️ xx

Hi all! Not sure if anyone is still following this thread but thought I would update still just incase. I'm now 30+2 and getting kicked in the ribs as i type 😂. Still can't quite believe I have got this far, never thought it would happen! Feeling him move is so surreal, I won't ever get sick of it 💙

How is everyone else? Any babies on this thread arrived yet? ☺️ x

Hi @lockdownbabyx!
I’m so pleased to hear how well you’re doing. I remember seeing you on many of the threads as we both experienced our losses.

I’m actually 36+2 today and booked in for a c section next week at 37+4!

Like you I really didn’t ever think this day would come so feel super thankful x

lockdownbabyx · 26/08/2021 08:43

@Moominmiss thanks so much! I remember seeing you on a lot of the threads too, you were actually one of the main people who made my mind up about taking aspirin! I'm convinced thats what made the difference this time too, or it's a huge coincidence. Il never no I guess.

Wow that's amazing, how exciting! How are you feeling? You must be so excited. I don't know about you but I still just can't imagine actually having a baby in my arms soon 😂. Xx

@lockdownbabyx I’m forever thankful for the posts I read about aspirin. I’d definitely reached the stage of being prepared to give anything a go and I’m so so glad I did.

Like you I’ll never truly know if it was the aspirin that made the difference, but otherwise it’s one huge coincidence like you say!

I’m feeling very ready to meet this little one now. Extremely uncomfortable, it’s definitely like he’s ran out of room in there 🤣 but aside from developing GD I’m doing really well and the pregnancy has actually been a breeze.

How about you?

And yes, I still feel like it’s a bit of a dream and not reality that I will have a baby in my arms very soon! Xx

MrsS89K · 27/08/2021 09:44

Hi @lockdownbabyx I just scrolled back through this to see where I was at when I spoke with you on this thread. I had just had a chemical. Since then I have had a further MMC discovered at 8 weeks, then another chemical, and now I’m pregnant again! Currently 7 weeks and feeling MEGA anxious! I’m on progesterone and aspirin so just hoping it helps keep this one safe 🤞🏼

So glad to hear how far along you are now, and not to long to wait until you have your baby safe in your arms xx

lockdownbabyx · 27/08/2021 09:58

@Moominmiss glad to hear the pregnancy has been a breeze (apart from GD). I've been the same actually, it's strange considering how difficult it was to actually stay pregnant. Hears hoping our births will be a breeze too 🤞🏼😂

All good my end too, PGP has been my only real issue to be honest, so very uncomfortable and I suspect it will get worse. Very grateful regardless though ☺️.

Good luck for next week, enjoy every second ☺️ xx

@MrsS89K oh bless you, you have really been through it! Is this the first time you have been on progesterone and aspirin? I never had progesterone as my doctors would prescribe me with it until I'd had tests. I'm certain the aspirin is what made the difference for me though.

Really hope this is your time, I know what an anxious time it is, it really is awful. Have you got a scan booked in? Have everything crossed for you.

Thank you, it's very surreal! Just want him here now as the worrying doesn't stop, although im not as bad as I thought I'd be xx

@lockdownbabyx I took
aspirin and progesterone on my last chemical, but I think it was too late. On this pregnancy I decided to give it ago from the day after ovulation. I had a scan yesterday and saw a tiny flickering of a heartbeat, although it was measuring a little behind. The next 2 weeks waiting for my next scan are going to be a killer! xx

lockdownbabyx · 27/08/2021 12:56

@MrsS89K yes I started aspirin from 1DPO, fingers crossed it makes all the difference for you. Fwiw, my first scan I had this time when I was 6+4, I was measuring just under 5 weeks! But by the time I had my next scan which was around 9 weeks I was measuring dead on, same again at 12 weeks. It's so hard to get accurate measurements so early. Good that you were able to see the heartbeat though! Oh bless you, the wait is horrendous. No matter what anyone says you just can't relax can you 😔. Have everything crossed for you lovely 🤞🏼 xx

Been in a blind panic ever since however it has now stopped. @lockdownbabyx yes! I recognise yours too! I've been dipping on and off as we were undecided what to do but it was a year to the day we started to try again properly and I got my positive 🥺 such a stressful and worrying time!
