Hi ladies! New to this board just moved over from conception! Cannot quite believe it! I'm panicking as it's been a year (exactly!!) Since my miscarriage, and now I have backache and light cramps! Is that normal at four weeks can anyone put my mind at ease? X

@AnxiousAnnie86 just checking in! How are you? I had a panic mode on Wednesday and just felt deflated after my toilet trip and wiping to see blood. That was the only blood I saw, didn’t happen again. And hasn’t happened again. Cramping has eased off as well, to almost nothing. My boobs are only sore in the morning. They just feel heavy more than anything. Also took a clearblue how many weeks, yesterday evening. I have remained calm x

@MollySxx aww I'm so glad!!! My cramping has nearly gone apart from the odd one here and there but the bad backache remains!!!! I think that's the hormones doing that though! I got a really strong line on one step, the strongest I've had, so think gonna stop testing now.... have you booked in with midwife? I feel like I don't want to temp fate x how many weeks are you now

@AnxiousAnnie86 maybe the backache is your implantation bleeding? I had backache. I wouldn’t say pain, but I had that ache a day and a bit before I got the one off blood when I wiped. And both my doctor and epu said they weren’t worried and said implantation. I’ve noticed my boobs aren’t as sore either. Only in the morning. But they are heavier. No sickness yet. Just hungry 24/7. And I have one more clearblue test and I no doubt will do it before my early scan🤦🏼‍♀️ And yes, I rang them on Monday and I’m all booked in. Have my early scan in 10 days, then a midwife call via phone on November 19th and my 12 week scan on December 18th. I’d rather get it all booked because of past history. And I am 5 weeks exactly today xx

AnxiousAnnie86 · 30/10/2020 16:38

@MollySxx I will call Monday and get ball rolling if all's still well then! I know I ovulated 5th October.... but when I tested on Monday these were my results, which is at exactly four weeks.... doesn't the digital out me ahead of that?! I'm really confused... my last period was sept 12th but I have really long cycles.... so these test results were exactly 14 days past ovulation

@AnxiousAnnie86 I’m really not sure with the digital ones🤦🏼‍♀️ I just like the fact I can see it in writing and not search for lines. I know it’s such a hard situation, but I wouldn’t definitely tell your doctor and get the ball rolling. You must be nearly 6 weeks? My last period was September 25th and I have 28 day cycles and I tested the day of my period being due xx

MollySxx · 30/10/2020 16:48

@AnxiousAnnie86 I would definitely your doctor**

AnxiousAnnie86 · 30/10/2020 16:56

@MollySxx I know when I ovulated though so if I go by that by due date is 5th July if I go on last period it's 19th June. I will just call the docs to get booked in and see from there, I want to take. Another digital next week to see if it goes up to 3 + which it should do, but I'm too scared xx

Morning Annie! I’m not too good to be honest. I’m not sure if I’m miscarrying. I wrote a post about it which I’ll copy below. How are you?? Hope all is well xx

I’m 6+1 today (Ivf pregnancy) I’ve had 3 losses in the past all around this stage. At 5+5 I had a scan which showed gestational sac and yolk sac everything looked fine but the doctor did ask if I’d bled as she could see something but thought maybe it was just irritation from the Ivf treatment. Anyway, the next morning I had the faintest ever brown spotting which was over as quick as it started. Then last night it started again and turned to red but no clots and no pain. This morning it’s still there but not enough to fill a pad. I know it’s pointless but yesterday I done a frer and it was a dye stealer and this morning I done a clear blue which has increased to 3+ I did feel symptoms seemed to fade last couple of days but this morning felt a bit nauseous again and boobs slightly sore. I don’t really want to go for another scan yet as I’m worried it may irritate things (I know that’s silly) I am booked in for a 7.5 scan anyway but wondered what your thoughts/experiences were? I did think the worst last night but this morning I’m a little bit hopeful again

MollySxx · 07/11/2020 09:36

@AnxiousAnnie86 well, where shall I begin? On Saturday I started bleeding again, red blood, no pain. So was just told keep a close eye on it. Then Sunday I woke up and went to the toilet and the toilet was just blood filled and it was heavy. Rang out of hours and I was sent straight to the hospital. My bloods taken, urine sample and the nurse did an examination. She said my cervix was closed and it was more blood than she’d like but she wasn’t to worry. So I was at relief, she went out of the room. Tested my urine and looked at my bloods HCG level and my levels showed nothing and my urine sample came back negative. She told me I was having a chemical pregnancy and that I was no longer pregnant and the bleeding was more than likely my period. So now I have to go for a pelvic X-ray at the end of the month. Have had bloods taking that take 5 weeks to come back. And the doctors are exploring the fact I might have thrombophilia as it’s my second miscarriage in the space of 7 months and all my pregnancies have ended before the 25 weeks mark. And if worst case shows there is something wrong then because of my age I’ll be able to get NHS funded IVF. Which I hope is the last thing. I’ve been told to not try and conceive while tests are running. So it’s been a rollercoaster of a week. Hope all is well with you and you’re enjoying every moment x

MollySxx · 07/11/2020 09:40

@Mctm123 oh I’m sorry you’re going through this, I know it’s so hard and the worry fills you. Sending all my love to you and hoping you have the best outcome x

@MollySxx I’ve just read your post, wow you’ve really gone through it this week! I hope you’re ok, speaking from experience it’s just awful isn’t it! Sending lots of love xxx

MollySxx · 07/11/2020 09:55

@Mctm123 it’s honestly been a lot. I was very in denial at first like how can that be true. How can I be pregnant one minute and not the next. But chemical pregnancies are very common. Something I never heard of before until last weekend. And I’ve read a lot on it on here. It’s josh really bad luck, just wish my luck would turn around. Only so much a person can take x

MollySxx · 07/11/2020 09:56

@AnxiousAnnie86 hope all is well with you xx

Mctm123 · 07/11/2020 10:37

@MollySxx I know I can imagine and totally agree there’s only so much we can take. Look after yourself and take each day as it comes. When your ready, you’ll decide what’s best going forward. Wish you the best outcome for the future xxx

AnxiousAnnie86 · 07/11/2020 10:48

I'm okay thanks, I'm so sorry to bring it up both.... sending love and take care of yourselves xxxxx

Don’t be silly @AnxiousAnnie86 it’s nice of you to ask. Tell me about you, do you feel ok? Have you had any symptoms? Xx

AnxiousAnnie86 · 07/11/2020 11:04

@Mctm123 I'm okay, the exhaustion is absolutely awful and today's the first day I feel a little sick, I'm panicking as keep feeling like twinges but maybe that's normal I don't know:( xxx

Mctm123 · 07/11/2020 11:11

Sounds promising @AnxiousAnnie86 to be honest yday was the first day I’ve felt a bit sick an this morning I’m so bloody hungry then I feel nauseous straight away like I’ve never eat! I’ve had 2 pieces of toast, 2 packs of crisp and a sausage roll all before 11am and I’m still looking for more 🙈🙈🙈🙈

AnxiousAnnie86 · 07/11/2020 11:19

@Mctm123 all of that sounds delicious!!! We are ordering a curry tonight and I just keep thinking I want something so so spicy!! Just to hopefully try snd ease your mind a little, my sister and sister in law both had full blown periods at the beginning and I have two beautiful nieces now!

When I had my MC the cramps were so severe and the bleeding was continuous and so so heavy! Like I felt i couldn't leave the loo! X

OP posts:
Mctm123 · 07/11/2020 11:26

@AnxiousAnnie86 oooh a curry sounds lovely! Yeah I have to admit this bleeding (well it’s stopped now) does seem different to my other losses and the thing I’m trying to remember is the doctor who scanned me said she could see the bleed and it was expected to come out so hoping it was just that. I have no pain you see xx

AnxiousAnnie86 · 07/11/2020 11:31

@Mctm123 well that's reassuring then! It could of been a pocket, I was told as long as not accompanied by severe cramps it's fine, unfortunately mine was and was like lightening bolt shots :( my symptoms also stopped as soon as the bleeding started end my tests started to fade almost straight away! Xxx
