So ladies.

My son is 14 weeks this Wednesday and this morning I woke up so nauseous I was very nearly sick a few times (I’m never sick) it passed by mid morning, I then went to the toilet and wiped what looked like an implant bleed, nothing since.
I’m EBF apart from a couple of weeks ago where I subbed a few feeds for a couple of days.
Anyone else ever been in this position. Is it normal to spot during breastfeeding?
I can’t get out to get a test today so sat on the sofa feeding my newborn worrying slightly 🤦‍♀️

I was listening to a podcast last night about non-hormonal contraception and this same topic came up. Apparently, using EBF as a contraception is pretty effective (!) up til 6 months with extremely regular feeds but expressing doesn't count! Something about the latching on seems to be really important in stopping ovulation...

Currently sitting in this beautiful weather relaxing enjoying feeding my baby while (The older children are helping the younger ones with school work until buba goes down for a nap)
Heres to 2021 🤣 where I won’t be sitting down relaxing for the foreseeable future and here’s to years of cold coffee and a laundry room piled higher than myself. I’ve got this!!

Why are we so fertile just after birth anyone sciencey (not even a word) around to educate?

After I had my DS they offered the coil to be fitted before I left the hospital I quite frankly couldn't think of anything worse at that point in time

My siblings are exactly 12months apart. My mum was EBF and got pregnant.

I foster I currently have a seven month old and a eight week old living with me, it's hard work no denying but it is absolutely doable. They are in similar routines and I love having them both, it is tough at times when they both need me at the same time but on the whole it is great fun (and hard work. Did I mention the hard work??)
