I hate the first trimester

Thought I'd create a topic for everyone to have a moan about the first trimester! As much as I am grateful for being pregnant, I frickin hate all these shite symptoms! Loads of cramping and back ache, the nausea and tiredness, the constant knicker checking and fear of miscarriage ! I am hating this and just want the next few weeks to hurry the eff up so I can roll on to the 2nd trimester! Where are all these beautiful symptoms I grew up reading about???? Anyway, who else hates this period??

Yeah you feel trapped dont you! Asif you can't see when you'll be back to yourself again. How draining!!

I'm 11 weeks and thought I'd got off lightly to start with as I wasn't throwing up although I definitely had major feelings of nausea and food aversions. However over the last week I've started getting pregnancy migraines which are horrendous and now I'm getting a weird dental pain which could just be coincidental rather than pregnancy related but arghhhh. And the constant feeling of sluggishness and exhaustion... it makes me feel so guilty not being able to do anything! I don't know how you supermums with kids already cope with it!

I actually feel like nausea can be worse though! Mine just doesn't budge at all! I feel as though I'm waiting for migraines as that's the only thing I've not had yet! Hope not though... yeah the sluggish feeling is horrific I hate it. I said this earlier, I dont know how id cope looking after another child at the same Time!!

The first trimester is just so so awful. 6-9 weeks were the worst both times. 10-12 a little better. 13-15 even better. 16 weeks plus back to normal for me. The discomfort and heartburn of third trimester and the birth are so easy in comparison!

6.5 weeks and suffering even though this is just the beginning! Exhausted all the time...horribly nauseous...the smell of everything is making me feel sick - especially the smell of the iron which was the same first time round. Constant backaches and headaches. Already dreading going back to work in the new year lol

And last week I posted on here worried I wasn't having symptoms! Hilarious...(even though helps me keep it in perspective!)

Yeah I do agree with it getting better. 7 weeks for me i was absolutely bed bound and now I'm 10 weeks I am feeling a tad better and able to do bits and bobs round the house so hoping like you say that it'll get better each week and hopefully be 14-16 weeks be alot better. Thankyou- gives me abit of hope that there's light at the end of the tunnel!
