Tentatively starting a thread for those due in March 2020! I got my BFP yesterday and EDD is 3rd March next year. I got my BFP really early so nervously waiting for the days to go by until I feel a bit more ‘pregnant’. This is number 2 for me. Anyone else out there in the same boat?

@barnyb that scan picture is amazing!

lidslola1008 · 20/07/2019 11:25

It all feels a bit more real now I’ve had my scan date through for the 28th August, but haven’t even had a midwife call me yet for my booking appointment 🤷‍♀️

barnyb · 20/07/2019 12:24

@lidslola1008 ow thank you I know so happy you can see little legs !
I haven't heard from my midwife yet either! But it's all just a load of questions and form filling in so it won't be an issue to wait for that ☺️ xx

Peachie77 · 20/07/2019 13:32

@lonelyonee We have the same due date of March 28th!! Are you temping? My last period was June 22. My temp went down a bit today, it's making me nervous. Tests are progressively getting darker each day. Tell me how you're feeling.
I have had my first ever faint positive test last month (turned out to be chemical) but have been trying for almost 2 years before that.

Jesskir89 · 20/07/2019 14:44

@Peachie77 I'm due 21st March and have been red hot and tired constantly for about 3 weeks now so since conception as I'm 5 weeks today!

blondie87 · 20/07/2019 14:47

Such a good scan picture @barnyb which must have been really reassuring.

The summer couldn’t have come soon enough @Keyboard91- think we’ve timed it well.

I’ve had to tell two of my friends as we’re going out tonight and they were asking about sharing an uber so I had to say that I’ll be the designated driver because I’m pregnant!

Keyboard91 · 20/07/2019 15:01

@blondie87 yes we have timed it very well!

I’m exhausted today so don’t want to do much whilst DP is at work ... so I’m sat snuggled on the sofa rewatching Call the Midwife on Netflix and crocheting a rainbow blanket 🌈. I started it when we had a MC in January as a way to keep me sane, and now I can finish it in the hope that come March it will have a 🌈 baby snuggled into it ❤️

I’m sorry for your loss. That is such a lovely idea! This is a rainbow baby too but no3!

Peachie77 · 20/07/2019 15:43

@Keyboard91 I'm sorry for your loss. Happy to hear you have a March baby coming.

@Jesskir89 You're exactly one week ahead of me! Is this your first pregnancy? Any queasiness or nausea? I've been very warm and almost the feeling of butterflies in my stomach. Haven't been very hungry. Are you temping?

MaryH90 · 20/07/2019 17:05

Went for our early private scan today, 7+5. We saw a healthy little bean with a strong heartbeat!

@maryh90 lovely pic! @Peachie77 felt sick but not been sick and on and off stomach cramps very sore boobs. What's temping sorry? X

lonelyonee · 20/07/2019 17:46

Hey @Peachie77 🙂 ah great DD buddies!
No I haven't done any temping the whole time tbh. I did a little bit of ovulation testing this month but after getting an almost positive I just kept getting weaker and weaker lines then nothing, so I thought okay I'll do better next cycle as I've got a fair few left but turns out I must of ovulated early and it makes sense.
I have a few PG tests left so I'm going to test every few days to make sure it's not a CP but I did one this afternoon and it's got a clear line so 🙂🤞🏻

Oh wow 2 years is quite a long time. What BC were you on? I came off the pill in March so I've been quite lucky I think, although I'm still in shock haha.

I just need to get my ducks in a row now with the doctors and how I'm going to keep it secret for now. I have no idea what I'm doing haha!

That’s a great pic @MaryH90. Would you recommend an early scan? Was considering one this week when I’d be a similar gestation!

lonelyonee · 20/07/2019 18:07

Aww @Keyboard91 that's absolutely beautiful, sorry to hear about your loss.

@MaryH90 wow that's a fantastic scan! I'm already counting down the days until I can have mine!

You ladies will have to bear with me, I'm reading the thread from the beginning so I can be up to date with everyone ♥️🙂

avocadoincident · 20/07/2019 19:14

@blondie87 @Keyboard91 I'm a teacher too

MaryH90 · 20/07/2019 19:23

I would definitely recommend an early scan if you’re a little bit anxious like I am! It was very clear and the heartbeat was obvious

oksim · 21/07/2019 07:30

@MaryH90 wow that scan is amazing! So clear!!
Guys the nausea is killing me! Have zero appetite and any food makes me heave Sad this is not ideal as a 1:1 diet consultant hahaha.
I've only been sick once, yesterday which gave me great relief!!! Very happy to be pregnant as we've tried for over 3 years, but oh my days the nausea! Envy

I hope your all having a lovely weekend xxxx

Dreams2020 · 21/07/2019 10:59

congrats!

barnyb · 21/07/2019 15:27

@oksim ahhh! Your me last week !! Last weekend I couldn't move! I was in hell with the sick feeling and the smells of anything was horrible!!!!!!! I am much better this weekend ! Although still not feeling most foods! I got some ice pops! Maybe you could try that? A little flavour but also I notice really cold water with ice was good for me and really cold ginger beer xxxx

oksim · 21/07/2019 18:35

@barnyb I'm hopeful with what you said! Hahaha! Crazy how crap you can feel! So glad your feeling better, makes going out so much easier haha!
Xx

Em6826 · 21/07/2019 18:59

@oksim so with you on the nausea. Just got a wave of something cooking next door and just feel awful. Have felt awful all day.

And this is week 5 😬.

Really not looking forward to having to deal with this at work tomorrow

barnyb · 21/07/2019 19:15

@Em6826 work is really tricky but I managed to find some bits I could eat and just took a lot of that! I found I could eat fruit! So I took lots. However it didn't help the hungry pangs. It didn't touch the sides 😵😵😵🤢🤢🤯🤯

Jemstar33 · 21/07/2019 20:04

Hi all

I posted last week, I’d just found out I was pregnant with #1. Think my due date is 24th March, is anyone due on the same day?

I feel like I’m obsessed with this pregnancy and I’m constantly worried. I’ve booked an early scan for 3 weeks on Wednesday and it already feels like the longest wait!

I’ve been feeling dizzy on and off, bloated and boobs are so heavy. Had a few days of cramping last week. I’m also taking tests everyday to make sure the lines are still there. I’m paranoid that I’ll get to the scan and they’ll tell me there’s no baby.

Been TTC for 18 months and it just doesn’t feel real! I’ve been reading up on chemical pregnancies. How can I be sure this isn’t one?

Xxx

barnyb · 21/07/2019 20:25

@Jemstar33 hey!! Congratulations! :) I'm sorry I don't know anything about chemical pregnancies?? I see people writing about them on here but I haven got a clue what they are??
But the symptoms you've mentioned sound like pretty good symptoms! Baring in mind your very early and some people don't have symptoms until past 6 weeks! So that looks pretty reassuring to me! Also I wouldn't worry so much about doing tests all time. Even if the pregnancy stops progressing your body will still show your pregnant until the tissues have left your body. Because your body still is producing the hormone which shows the positive on the test stick. so don't worry about that. I guess waiting every time you've taken the test probably adds to your anxiety. Try look after yourself and relax. That's the best thing all of us can do right now xxxx
