im gtting very excited

hi my job four dry days in a row
thats sounds fab xx how has your ds been today ?
i take it your at work today beings its saturday
that was heartbraking to hear about your friends baby that must of been terrible but like you say shes in peace now
a month ago my cousins baby died from a brain tumor she was only about a year and a half old and had been on chemo for half hr little life bless her ,but at least shes in piece tooxx
my cousin came to see our baby on monday eve and she seems to be coping well
i really feel for her i just can and dont wont to imagine what shes going though

its nice having my dh home for the weekend
its nice to have someelse to do the nappies and help out its funny to think we are on day 17 now this has honestley ben the fastest 17 days of my life
we are still getting though the visitors must b about half way there now
its nice but can b a bit tiring
i find the ones that have children understand and only stay an hour or two and the ones that dont stay all night till 11pm and bring alcohol and settl themsleves in for the night
but its only cos they dont know
like one of my best mates brought round a load of wine and say lets crack this open !!
i could only really have a glass though cuz of the bf
but i just dont really think sh would opf though ,i know its not there fault thats prob the sort of thing i would of one b4 dd
only drank half a small glass of wine cuz i dont want it to get though to dd

im still going with the bf and yesterday it seemed a tiny bit easier
i hope thats they way its gonna go now
thanks for all the encouragement it does help xx esp when other around me are not quite as supportive such as mum and aunts etc !!
luckily dh always says im doing well

well im still in my pjs just had some brekkie so think ill go have a shower gt ready and go out and buy myself some nice flowers because the one i got just aftr dd was born are all staring to dye now xx

hello myjob how are you doing today ?

im feeling a bit fed up today
only because im so so sore
really thought i would be getting over this repair op by now
never knew natrual childbirth could do this to you
did i tell u last monday my mw took swabs from the stiches to check for any infection
i called the surgery this am and the swabs have come back clear which i am v v v realived about
but its so sore
its making feel frustated
but i know all i can do is wait to recover
ive been reserching 4th degree tears on the net to se how long its gonna take me to gt over it and it doesnt sounds good
it seems as if 4th degree tears are v v uncommon and i justr cant understand how this has happened to me
like if i had had an epidural or even pethidine and had lost the urge to push and had to had forceps or vontouse and that had caused it then i could understand why it happened
but i only had gas and air
was on all fours
was in the water
only pushed when i was told to do so
i jsut cant understand it
sorry to be down i know thy say your moods do go up and down in the first few weeks and days

but dd is doing g8 shes slept thoughthe night the last 2 nites which is fab
still ex bf which dont wanna speak to soon but i think its getting easier
its still harder at night than in the morning but im sure its getting easier so i think im doing well with dd
its just my recovery

anyway enough about me!!
sorry to be such a bore
your ds really sems to getting it now,bet it was horrible whn your dh shouted at him we have all that to come different ideas on how to do things and disapline etc

how terrible about your cousins baby do they know what was wrong with her heart ?

well im feeling a bit brighter 2day mainly due to dh being here for the weekend i guess
think my mum stirs upa lot of feels in m not always good ones.my relationship with her is a bit stange at times sometime we get on well and she is a good support and other times she really seems to know how to knock me down
like did i tell you about when she kept telling me to have salt baths after my op?
she kept going on and on i i smiled nicely and politely said yes i might do that
then she went from telling me thats what i should do from asking me directly have u had a salt bath yet ?
i explained really nicely to her that the mw said salt baths are not really recommend anymore because there a bit harsh and that was reccomened these days was lavender drops in the bath
she got really pissed off and snapped "well women had to be tougher in my day "
as if i was some kinda wimp
when ffs i just gone though labour on only gas and air given birth on nothing not even gas and air and coped amazing well
no shouting screaming or crying or anything
then had a major repair op
for fucks sake dont try and imply im some kinda wimp after that
esp considering she had fucked off on holiday and wasnt even around when i had my little saskia, dd born on wed she and dad didnt get home from there holiday abroad till sat so they where away during my stresses and difficult times in the last week or so as you know i was sent to the hospital twice during that time once for the breech scare and once for high bp
they went away for two weeks when i was 37-39 weeks when they know a normal pregnancy is anytime between 37-42 weeks
id never do that to my dd if she was having a baby id be really really excited but also worried esp after whats happened to me childbirth is wonderful but also many things can and do go wrong i could never leaver hr and fuck off on holiday [sorry about all my swearing]
when i was talking to someon about how well i coped in labour and at the pushing stage i said well i kinda went into a zone in my mind, she buts in and goes well gas and air can get you like that,when i was mainly talking about the pushing stage when i wasnt on anything .it felt like she was trying to take my achievement away from me and to say its not because you where thinking positively and went into a zone in your mind it was th gas and air that did it! when i wasnt even on bloody gas and air when i was pushing
sometimes she really makes mad, but other times shes really sweet because if she was an asshole the whole tim im telling you now she would be outta my life for good
she a bit of a split personality at times!!
phew that turned into a bit of a rant didnt it
the funny thing is working with your dh u cant really just think i fancy pulling a sicky and staying home cuddling your son
the chef would know what your upto lol

i know im a bit worried about dd weight gain but im prob not as stressd as i sound
im not thinking of giving up or anything but ive found other tips like warm baths and warm flannels do help so i thought i see if i can find someother tips
i read on th net that oats can help si i brought some today,although its a tad warm to be eatting oats so simple in this heat
sorry to worry u im not that stressed ....at the momnt anyway

another good thing about bf is you only need one hand so the others free dd is feeding as im typing
