Like many of you I'm starting to browse all the sales for baby bargains! Maybe we could share our finds here?

First up, John Lewis have got a whopping £200 off the 2015 Uppababy Vista! www.johnlewis.com/uppababy-vista-2015-pushchair-and-carrycot-denny-red/p1789270

I've also found some good deals on the Babies R Us and Kiddicare sites.

There is an extra 10% off the Isabella Oliver sale too.

I'm on the lookout for:
Babyzen Yoyo
Bed nest
Medela Freestyle
Tripp Trapp newborn set

Please post your sale bargains below!

Thanks for that tip icoco, what an amazing saving! I think you've saved me shivering when I start to outgrow what was once my baggy coat!

moonoverthewater · 31/12/2016 13:00

I got a dress, jogging pants, a jumper and two long sleeved tops for £24 in the new look maternity sale online

marmitecheesetoast · 31/12/2016 15:59

I've just bought two grosnugs that were reduced from the grobag company in their sale - there's an additional 12% off anythingyou buy if you sign up to newsletter too

jpeg28 · 31/12/2016 16:46

Thanks marmite I just ordered 2!

marmitecheesetoast · 31/12/2016 16:51

No worries Jpeg - have heard on another thread they are a must have! I couldn't decide what weight to get, I went for one light and one cosy in the end what did you get?

MrsJW15 · 31/12/2016 17:10

Ooh I've just ordered two as well! A 1 tog and a 2.5 tog. I'm sure we'll need a couple of each, but it's a start.

jpeg28 · 31/12/2016 17:13

Same marmite one cosy white one and one light grey marl one. I have no idea what to get in terms of bedding etc!

marmitecheesetoast · 31/12/2016 17:15

Me either! Need to get my head round what they wear underneath too! I already got 2 grobags half price in the mothercare sale the other day but they are only for babies 8.8 and over so figured would need grosnugs too - you can use them up til their 12lb anyway!

Hi, good deal on the following sola2 - only in camel

www.mamasandpapas.com/en-gb/sola-pushchair-carrycot-and-footmuff-package-camel/p/5664f0800/

also it's totally worthwhile booking a free appt with M&P and they take you through everything, if you choose to buy you get 10% off (on top of sale prices) and 15% off if your total comes to £1500.

We have ordered the above bundle, sienna 3 piece nursery furniture, maxi cosi car seat and isofix, Moses basket and stand, and other bits and bobs such as baby bath, play gym, bouncer, bedding. We benefited from the 15% and saved £900 in total.

Just came across the appt thing by fluke so we were pleasantly impressed! Also have the option of cancelling until 2 weeks before delivery and if anything goes down in price, we'll benefit from that.

Got some really good bargainous maternity clothes in the big Solihull Mothercare yesterday (a sporty swimsuit for £10, a tshirt dress which was marked down to £10 but went through the till as £6, and a multipack of 2 nighties and a dressing gown for £15). Also got a pack of Mam bottles for £20.

I found a right bargain ex-display Bugaboo Cameleon 3 in John Lewis Ipswich (yes I get around!) today, it was marked down to £453 from £759. It was in good condition but there was no bassinet included - you'd have to buy that separately.

Hasn't anyone bought a baby rocker or have any good recommendations?

lucieloos · 01/01/2017 14:18

I got a rocker from mamas and papas £79 down to £35. I think they've sold out of that one now but they have a few other nice ones in the sale.

NameChange30 · 01/01/2017 14:24

I bought this rocker for £41, it's a present for someone else rather than for our baby:

purpleviolet1 · 01/01/2017 15:42

www.mamasandpapas.com/en-gb/capella-bouncer-catch-a-star/p/4011t0300/

I bought this one. Apparently they can only be used till 6 months so didn't see any point in spending loads. I know you can get electrical ones but some babies don't like them.

purpleviolet1 · 01/01/2017 15:42

I've ordered the nimnik jpeg thanks for letting me know!!

jpeg28 · 01/01/2017 15:47

Thanks for the rocker advice... I'm trying to find something my friends can club together to buy... was going to ask for an ergo 360 but then thought that maybe I won't like it? So then I thought maybe a rocker would be better.... they don't want to just buy me things I don't need which is really kind of them. I'm just struggling with what to ask for!

LondonStill83 · 01/01/2017 15:47

Mummymulb: I am selling my sleepyhead if you want it. £80 with one pink cover and one white cover. Only used a few times so in new condition.

Basket: I am also selling my close Caboo shortly, probably in the next fortnight. £30. Good condition. Use it alllll the time.

GreenGoblin0 · 01/01/2017 20:02

Wow that's a really good deal jpeg! It's a lightning deal which is now sold out though, but it's worth trying the waiting list if you want it.

They also have a half price Angelcare monitor as a lightning deal Angelcare Simplicity AC601 Movement and Sound Baby Monitor www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00JHCGZ2O/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_tai_vqRAybTYWW3WE

If anyone wants to buy anything from Boots that's £100 or more, there is a 10% discount code: VCSAVE10JAN

I've ordered a Chicco 2-in-1 changing table and baby bath that I've had my eye on for a while. And I'm sure Boots must have plenty of other useful baby stuff that would come to more than £100 in total!

I also signed up to the Parenting Club for extra points, not sure if it's worth it or I'll just get loads of junk mail Confused

marmitecheesetoast · 02/01/2017 22:03

Ohh well spotted Jpeg shame to have missed that! Will have to keep an eye out if it comes on again as that's the car seat we were thinking of getting

jpeg28 · 02/01/2017 22:07

I wasn't quick enough on Amazon! I wanted to get the Angelcare monitor... will have to keep looking for more bargains!

NameChange30 · 02/01/2017 22:21

jpeg and lucie Have you bought the Medela Swing breast pump or are you still thinking about it and/or looking for the best deal? I've found the kit for £99.99 at Toys R Us: www.toysrus.co.uk/mobile/babiesrus/medela-swing-breast-pump-including-calma-solitare/0029826/CF0001
Just hesitating as to whether to buy it as I'm a first time mum and have no idea how the baby and I are going to get on with breastfeeding, bottle feeding and/or pumping... Really want to try pumping so I can breastfeed and DH can bottle feed, but if i spend £100 on a pump and it doesn't work out, it will be an expensive failure!

lucieloos · 02/01/2017 22:28

Namechange, I haven't bought it yet but am on the brink of getting it. I want to give it a try and now the sales are on it's a good time to get it. I know that's the one I want too so will take a look at the toys r us website. Thanks for the tip.
