Eat all the banned cheese with a decent sized glass of red wine
Go to Yo sushi for some raw fish

And later...
rejoin my badminton club
Take my DD ice skating for the first time (thanks Frozen...)

Obviously these won't be immediately after the birth but I'm making my post birth bucket list.

What is, or was, on yours?

sleep on my stomach and split a pitcher of pimms with dh!

Mmolly2013 · 28/04/2014 09:42

-Definitely a large glass of wine
-Sleep on my stomach

2tired2bewitty · 28/04/2014 09:42

Yy to the cheese and sushi, and also pâte.

I am looking forward to being able to pick things up from the floor with ease!

dobedobedo · 28/04/2014 09:45

I'm going to sleep on my stomach, starfished on the bed.
I'm going to have a rare steak with a large glass of Villa Maria.
I'm going to shave my own legs and put on my own socks, damn it!

ChicaMomma · 28/04/2014 09:45

-Drink a bottle of wine over a mould ripened cheese board
-Sleep on my back
-Start on a 7 day Jason Vale juice diet (after getting pissed and gorging on the cheese)

TwigletFiend · 28/04/2014 09:50

Gorge on toast with a thick layer of pâte on it.
Sit down for 20 minutes without having to relieve trapped wind!
Eat a Mr. Whippy ice cream. (Probably not as it's a November baby, but the thought is nice!)

BikeRunSki · 28/04/2014 09:53

Wine
Peanut butter
Stilton

eurochick · 28/04/2014 09:57

Wine, martinis, more wine.

Stinky cheese.

(BikeRunSki, you know the advice has changed on peanut butter, right? I'm eating some whilst typing this!)

TwigletFiend · 28/04/2014 09:58

Oh God. This thread has made me so hungry.

KitKat1985 · 28/04/2014 10:03

A chilled glass of rose.... Maybe with an enormous slab of brie.... Followed by another chilled glass of rose. Grin

mrsnec · 28/04/2014 10:03

Runny eggs and coffee for me please.

Noodledoodledoo · 28/04/2014 10:03

For those craving Sushi - if you go to Yo Sushi everything other than the Salmon has been frozen so is safe.

I emailed them this weekend to check as its near a theatre we are off to soon and fancied Sushi.

The reason that the salmon isn't frozen is as the occurance of the bacteria is so minute almost zero due to the way in which it is farmed as declared by the FSA.

Noodledoodledoo · 28/04/2014 10:04

Oh and I am going to have the runniest poached egg ever followed by the biggest G&T!

sarahquilt · 28/04/2014 10:07

cocktails and sleeping any which way. I'm also going to have a new found appreciation for moving around and keeping fit. I hate the way having a bump makes me slow-moving and lethargic. Can't wait to get back into walking and yoga. Also sex - lots of it.

sarahquilt · 28/04/2014 10:08

I still have runny eggs and one wine a week.

RedCountryRoads · 28/04/2014 10:09

I'm going to blow my nose without starting a nose bleed (hopefully!)

Sleep on my stomach

Drink beer and enjoy the taste.

Wear a dress with a proper waist, and maybe a waist belt

Eat Camembert

And after I've finished breast feeding go for a large drunken night out with my friends

thebestnameshavegone · 28/04/2014 10:10

pate on toast, white wine, then a big fat G&T. lovely.

PurpleWithaMysteryBun · 28/04/2014 10:11

Eat Pate, then make sure I work at losing weight and toning up.
I am not happy being chubby and last time I had to wait to do anything as I needed physio, this time I will be more proactive!

Tory79 · 28/04/2014 10:12

Brush my teeth without vomiting! I can't wait Grin

TwigletFiend · 28/04/2014 10:15

Given the way I felt during the first few weeks, 'sterilise my DP' has only just slipped off the list...

nyldn · 28/04/2014 10:17

oooh coffee! how could I forget?! I'm going to mainline coffee. my sad one cup a day is killing me.

TheToadLessTravelled · 28/04/2014 10:29

Do exactly what I did last time - stuff myself on seafood, cheese, and pate. Then will live on sashimi and strong espresso. I am absolutely salivating at the thought of ice cold raw fish at the moment. Why are pregnancy cravings so cruel?

Isabelleforyourbicycle · 28/04/2014 10:30

I didn't know that about the yo sushi! Gutted as I've only 5 weeks to go now so all those wasted opportunities to eat raw fish!

I've thought of another, I'm going to have a nice lambs liver dinner.
Wearing pretty dainty knickers as opposed to massive practical ones.

Yy to sleeping on back or front.

OP posts:
MrsMonkeyBear · 28/04/2014 10:41

Have a jack daniels and coke.
Tie my own shoe laces.
Eat sushi.

moobaloo · 28/04/2014 10:42

Drink a glass of champagne!
Then a glass of really nice red wine
(Then probably feel v pissed and anxiously try to sober up so I don't drop the baby!)

Give it a little while then go and buy some new clothes!!! Even if just cheapy brightly coloured cardigans, all my maternity clothes are so dull it'll be nice to have something cheerful to put on!
