Due 2nd Dec, anyone else due this week?

Hi everyone, 1st baby so NO IDEA what to expect. I've had a few contractions which were 15mins apart then they stopped. No other symptoms. Anyone willing to wait with me?

Oh me too mogz. Am constipated too just too add to things and keeping my fingers crossed my piles don't return.
Worse thing is peoples oh so supportive comments- ' oh don't worry it won't be long now'. Makes me want to scratch eyes out with my finger nails!!

5 days late here and completely miserable. I have a streaming cold and cough as well so you can imagine how much fun that is, as well as horrible acid reflux still. Plus my SIL, who isn't even due for another two weeks, had her baby yesterday. I'm so cross about it, but only people here will understand I think! Booked in for sweep on Monday, induction on Thursday, but I will probably have murdered someone by then.

Brian, snap for sweep and induction dates, here's hoping we don't need them and Sunday will be full of babies!
Totally understand about SIL related baby anger, I'm getting more and more annoyed at all the very lovely ladies over on the December antenatal thread who are popping out sprogs all over the place, I want it to be my turn ffs!

12 days over here and think I've been in latent labour but keeps stopping and starting, I don't know why! Argh! Would love it to kick off before induction day on Monday.

That's three of us with the same induction dates then :)
Although as I mentioned my sweep couldn't even be done - damn cervix!
I know how you feel-out of the nov baby group there are only two of us left- so bloody frustrating- was convinced I'd have a nov not dec baby!

Also if I'm induced thurs there's a bloody big chance it'll happen Friday - long story but not only is it fri 13th bit it's my dads birthday who I no longer have a relationship with so I've got my fingers crossed my little one doesn't have to have the same birthday as him ( stupid I know but it's an important thing to me not to happen- probably out of control hormones are to blame!!!)!
I have however found a positive to being overdue girls- it means i can eat chocolate to my hearts content and not feel guilty as my post pregnancy diet has been delayed ;)

I'm now 3 day overdue, sweep on Friday hasn't worked. Been having contractions on and off but nothing substantial. Induction on Friday, I've just accepted the fact now that I'll be pregnant for at least another 5 days, suppose I should just enjoy the peace and sleep as much as I can. Good luck to everyone!

Something might be happening.. Getting strong period type pains quite low down averaging between 30 seconds to a minute. They are not regular - anything between 2 mins and 12 mins between. Could this be it I wonder? Am 7 days overdue.

Induction booked for Wednesday. Similar to Scatt, I've now accepted that's it and I probably wont have her until then....been having strong period like cramps for a couple of days but they wont get stronger or regular...

Congratulations to the girls who have had theirs! Only getting round to posting now, but i had a lovely girl (to keep my 2 boys in order) on the 4th. 1 week late, but no interventions, no stitches, and home within 6 hours....feel very lucky. Good luck to all you ladies in waiting; they've gotta come out some time!

I had my sweep today, it was rather uncomfortable and I'm now sitting about feeling very crampy, but not with any rhythm or predictable reason, but hopefully it is a sign of things actually starting.

4 days overdue now and fed up!! so many people I know are having their lovely babies and I'm mega jealous! Hope everyone is doing better than me

Hi all- congrats to the lucky ones and sympathy to the not so! 10 days overdue today and have just seen the most shocking sight - myself in the mirror! I am MASSIVE!!!
Still no sign of baby coming this century so guessing induction day thurs will hopefully be the start of things.
Although I am utterly peed off with bring do uncomfortable and being in constant spd pain I'm making the most of my last few lazy baby free days which I'm quite enjoying! Won't be able to have a duvet day for another 18 years so not having once ounce of guilt having one :)
Hope things starting moving for us all soon!

Quick update, Genevieve Rose, born 5:26am 10th December. She kept us waiting but it was worth every minute. Very speedy labour and now all home and doing well.

I'm just at hospital waiting for my app to be induced-eeekkkk!!!

Hi I'm late to the party! 40+7 today waters broke last nite and been having contractions 15-20 mins apart... Just shipped DS1 to nursery and guess what... They've bloody stopped?! Booked for induction tonight but want this to kick off naturally now!

Congratulations to everyone who has had their babies and sending those of you who haven't lots of baby vibes!

Update from me, was due to be induced on Weds 11/12/13, but woke up on that day with pains at 5am. Matilda Rose was born at 10.31pm on 11/12/13 by emergency c-section. She is completely perfect. We got home yesterday!

Quick update. I went into labour Monday 2nd and gave birth to a beautiful baby boy tuesday
