Hi! I thought I'd better start a new thread now because it might get busy tomorrow morning and I don't want to lose you all Grin

I didn't know about the limit. I'm still completely humbled that I've had so many well-wishers Smile, so I feel a little self conscious. Although I think we've all been led down this path by the baby somewhat!

Am completely knackered tonight so will say goodnight and will endeavour to keep you posted on happenings tomorrow.

Thanks once again for keeping me company xxx

SQUEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!

Woke up several times in the night thinking of you - I'm almost glad I didn't check the thread because the whoop I just let out would have catapulted DH and DS straight out of bed :o

CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!!

Oh, you did so well - I'm so happy for you!! So sorry to hear you had to have GA & op right after, gah, how frightening!! (((((((((((((((((HUG))))))))))))))))))))))

Can't wait to see pictures.

Good thing DS is awake (at stupid o'clock, it's 6:30 am here and it's his birthday party later so he's going to be cooked Hmm) because I'm doing little hops in bed, I'm so happy for you :o.

MrsDmitriTippensKrushnic · 12/02/2011 14:35

raouldufy · 12/02/2011 14:35

Congratulations to the three of you. So pleased to hear of his safe arrival.

posypom · 12/02/2011 14:36

Hurraaaay!!

Congratulations Southsea and DP. And Thomas is a great name.

Sorry to hear about your post-birth trauma -you must be exhausted - but so glad to hear Thomas is fine and doing well.

What an incredible story to tell him as he gets older. I don't think I'd ever tire of hearing it if I was born so dramatically. I hope it hasn't put you off having any more (although maybe don't book any long-haul holidays next time!).

Here's to a good rest and an uneventful journey home Wine !

lia66 · 12/02/2011 14:36

Yey congratulations and Welcome to the world little Thomas.

ohboob · 12/02/2011 14:40

So many congratulations and welcome Thomas!
Your surgery sounds like it was pretty scary so I'm glad that's all over and you can get on with recovering and spending time with your beautiful boy.

You have to print these threads out and put them in his baby book so he can read them one day!

Looking forward to seeing photos soon!

TheNewStig · 12/02/2011 14:44

Fantastic news, congratulations to the whole Southsea family and welcome to Thomas.

Sorry to hear about the GA and op for stuck placenta. Same happened to me and it got all quite scary. Look after yourself as on top of labour and birth that does put you through the mill emotionally as well as physically.

Can't wait to hear your next update.

Raises her Wine!

ihearttc · 12/02/2011 14:55

Wow!! Huge congratulations...you have done so amazingly well! Thomas is a gorgeous name for what I am sure is a very gorgeous little boy.

TooColdForPenguins · 12/02/2011 14:55

So many congratulations to all three of you! Scary journey but it will be a distant memory in a few days and your life as a family begins in earnest. Hugs for Thomas and lots of biccies for you and Mr Southsea. Look forward to hearing updates in the next few weeks Smile
