Hi! I thought I'd better start a new thread now because it might get busy tomorrow morning and I don't want to lose you all Grin

I didn't know about the limit. I'm still completely humbled that I've had so many well-wishers Smile, so I feel a little self conscious. Although I think we've all been led down this path by the baby somewhat!

Am completely knackered tonight so will say goodnight and will endeavour to keep you posted on happenings tomorrow.

Thanks once again for keeping me company xxx

I nearly cried when I read you post southsea and i'm not even pregnant any more. I'm just so thrilled for you and Mr southsea. You will probably have much less mumsnet time but updates on how you are all doing would be lovely. Huge congratulations and welcome to Thomas.

jetgirl · 12/02/2011 22:12

Congratulations southsearocks, such wonderful news! Thomas is a lovely name Smile Hope you and mr southsearocks are enjoying getting to know your bundle of joy.

Woohoo! Congratulations and welcome to the world baby Thomas Grin

I'm raising a Wine to you now :)

If it's any help I had retained placenta with my dd (pfb) and that battered and bruised feeling goes as soon as you get to cuddle your baby.

FIGURED OUT WINNER OF SWEEPSTAKES

Tasteslikepanda - boy, 4 lbs even. No guess on date/ time of birth.

Runner-up: Picklebum for time accuracy - she guessed boy, born b/w 6-7 am UK time (Thomas was born 2:16 am Pennsylvania time, which is Eastern Standard Time - that's 7:16 am GMT.) Bit out on weight as she guessed 4 lbs 4 oz but that's pretty stunning accuracy for time of birth.

Congratulations everyone! (Most especially the Southsea family of course.)

Bryher · 13/02/2011 00:17
