Hi! I thought I'd better start a new thread now because it might get busy tomorrow morning and I don't want to lose you all Grin

I didn't know about the limit. I'm still completely humbled that I've had so many well-wishers Smile, so I feel a little self conscious. Although I think we've all been led down this path by the baby somewhat!

Am completely knackered tonight so will say goodnight and will endeavour to keep you posted on happenings tomorrow.

Thanks once again for keeping me company xxx

Dear Pebble - I, very reluctantly, have to go to work now so will be unale to keep track of your mummys live updates today.
I'll be back home at 6.10pm and it would be lovely if your mummy and daddy had met you by that point.
...and all of Mumsnet will open a collective bottle of Wine

MmeLindt · 11/02/2011 08:22

Morning Southsea. Just checking in to see how you are doing.

oopslateagain · 11/02/2011 08:43

Hi Southsea, I know it's the middle of the night there but if things are moving you just might be wide awake!

Dear Pebble, please make an appearance soon. I have nine costumes to make for the school play and obsessively re-checking MN every half hour isn't very productive. x

Am making breakfast pancakes to pass the time. Maple syrup anyone?

BaronessOrczy · 11/02/2011 08:46

Hope you're doing ok Southsea, and Mr Southsea, and Pebble...

Janus · 11/02/2011 08:48

This is really like waiting for news on a friend due to give birth! I can't stand it much longer!! I want to know!!!
Oh Southsea, hope you are having a lovely cuddle with little Pebble (think it's Jemima, 4lb 2 oz) xx

MrsSnaplegs · 11/02/2011 08:53

Hope everything is going well for the Southsea family ! Thinking of you today and hoping you are all snuggly with pebble and too busy to post!!

AtYourCervix · 11/02/2011 08:57

Today is a very good date to be born. 11.2.11 Come on baby - you're nearly here. Go Southsea!!!!

Flisspaps · 11/02/2011 09:01

Maybe she'll hang on until 21.12 - that would make a very pretty number written down

11.2.11 21.12
one one two one one two one one two

flamingtoaster · 11/02/2011 09:02

Pancakes are a great idea oopslateagain - an definitely with maple syrup.

South & Pebble - I hope you are both OK, I do wish MrSouth would post an update as all some of the Aunties are getting a bit worried about you both. xxx

Blacksand · 11/02/2011 09:18

geordieminx · 11/02/2011 09:28

Hope you are all well.

sparkleshine · 11/02/2011 09:29

aarrrgh was really hoping for an update this morning...I've rushed DS to nursery so I could get back and read the good news....
I'm at work lunch time so really hoping for some kind of an update by then.

I'm guess you are in active labour by now or had your little bundle of joy and catching up with family and friends before coming on here (understandable but still we need news)
Smile

Hope to hear soon....

dutchyoriginal · 11/02/2011 09:30

Good luck, Southsearocks!

eatyourveg · 11/02/2011 09:31

Risk being shouted down now but it strikes me that what Southsea needs right now is a bit of space for this very private time and she will no doubt let us all know when when she is ready.

Like kampakat says when that time comes all of mumsnet will celebrate.

In the meantime though I think reading some of the hurry up Southsea posts would only make me more nervous and worry more.

BonzoDooDah · 11/02/2011 09:52

Good Luck Southsea. Everyone I know who has been induced has taken quite a while to get going so please try not to get worked up if it doesn't all go whizz. The contractions you have will be helping clear Pebble's lungs of gunk and will be giving him/her a good massage so they'll be fine there.

Hope you're not in too much pain and not going mad with boredom too. Wishing you well....
