Hi! I thought I'd better start a new thread now because it might get busy tomorrow morning and I don't want to lose you all Grin

I didn't know about the limit. I'm still completely humbled that I've had so many well-wishers Smile, so I feel a little self conscious. Although I think we've all been led down this path by the baby somewhat!

Am completely knackered tonight so will say goodnight and will endeavour to keep you posted on happenings tomorrow.

Thanks once again for keeping me company xxx

I have been lurking since the start of your thread and have been amazed by your resilience. I had to post to wish you the very best of luck!

Clockface · 09/02/2011 15:08

All the best Southsea!

GwendolineMaryLacey · 09/02/2011 15:20

anythingwithagiraffeonit it's from Malory Towers (conceited, flaxen haired dumpling beauty). You never hear the word conceited any more, do you...?

Oops, sorry. Er, go Southsea! :o

GwendolineMaryLacey · 09/02/2011 15:23

10th Feb is my grandmother's birthday. She would have been 99... It is also Robert Wagner's birthday and unless he croaks tonight he will be 81. Bugger me, he's old Shock

All in all a very good day.

Sparklies · 09/02/2011 15:30

I guess around now you're getting the cervidil if all is going to plan? GOOD LUCK!!!!!!

DancingThroughLife · 09/02/2011 15:40

Good Luck Southsea!!!

Jacksmama · 09/02/2011 15:55

It's 11:00 am where you are - one more hour until Cervidil!!!

Does someone have time to add all the new birth pool guesses? I have to go out for a doctor's appointment for a few hours, if no one's had time, I'll do it when I get back.

You hang in there - we're all holding your hand breathing with you! :) :) :) Love, JM.

ByThePowerOfGreyskull · 09/02/2011 16:43

ooh nearly noon, hope all is going well.
best wishes to you all!

oopslateagain · 09/02/2011 17:13

Noon... so should be Cervidil time.

Good luck Southsea!

barmbrack · 09/02/2011 17:15

GO southsea

MandaHugNKiss · 09/02/2011 17:18

First time post here, but long time lurker! You've been amazing. Have to de-lurk now that D-day is officially under way to wish you all the very very best. Can't wait to hear of pebbles safe arrival.

Southsearocks · 09/02/2011 17:37

Here we go!! Just took a tablet called Cytotec. They didn't want to be fiddling around in my foo because of the risk of infection (another quick scan revealed no fluid at all again). So this an alternative to the Cervidil although a riskier alt from what I can see having made the mistake of Googling it.

We're officially in labour - hoorah! In a labour room too where it's all a bit technical and scary looking. DP just pointed out someone in the next room is being encouraged to push, and she's not crying from what I can hear so feel a bit better Smile.

Ok, will report back later hopefully x

CrispyTheCrisp · 09/02/2011 17:58

Brilliant news about being in the labour room. Now my sweepstake was on early hours of Thurs morning(i didn't specify UK or US time Wink) so by my reckoning if you could deliver between 7 and 14 hrs from now I should win Grin
