X post albs
I remember helping someone stuff envelopes years ago. Got many paper cuts.

sazzles hope it was just a one off for dd1 and she is not starting with a horrible bug.
Is she enjoying pre school?

alittlebitshy · 02/10/2009 13:49

no1 all that walking will be doing you lots of good.

i know we drive, not walk, but we set off at 8.... meant to be 7.50 but it never is. So - you;re not alone!!

Poor midisazzles Loti yay for mammoth clearathons! well done!!!

StrictlySazz · 02/10/2009 14:19

no1 she is having a good time there but only goes one morning a week atm. How is C getting on at hers?

I think DD1 is ok as she has been a bit under the weather for about 2 weeks and this has been accompanied by a 'loose' tummy, but not what i would call D. I think they are just extra cautious at the preschool though. I have canx her swimming lesson just to be on the safe side.

Or walk to preschool is 1.2 miles and we can set off at 8.35. Mainly downhill on the way there which helps

albs if he gives you the face then you smile sweetly and let him know who will be doing it next time

loti well done you for sorting your house in 3 days. i have been going for at least 3 weeks and still no sign of an end or a tidy house

no1putsbabyinthecorner · 02/10/2009 14:27

Glad she is settled. DD goes Tues and Friday.
Cried last week,(killed me) but this week she just kissed and waved goodbye. No more tears.

I am pleased as she talks about it all the time so must enjoy it.

dizzydixies · 02/10/2009 14:29

lordy would take me about 3 months to even chip away at the house

afternoon not going any better - I seem to be irrationally annoyed at DH who can't do anything right have just found out very good friend of mine lost her beloved father today so all a bit

no1putsbabyinthecorner · 02/10/2009 14:30

We do toddlers on thursday morning, as that is only £2 for both of them, I also love going there, I have met some really good people. I look forward to the cuppa and chat. Oh and playing with the dcs of course.

Also it is ggod that C knows most of them at pre school because of toddler group.
I just hope I get her in the school too.

no1putsbabyinthecorner · 02/10/2009 14:56

nez I have put some random pics on face book of the scrapbook album.
I see it could be very Pfbish, hoever I have started one for ds and I have done my wedding one (not finished) and a family one with all the kids in.

very addctive and theraputic once you get on a roll.
Since ds room used to be my work.craft room it is harder as I have nowhere to really do it without having to pack it all away out of reach of little hand.

no1putsbabyinthecorner · 02/10/2009 15:00

poor spelling yet again.

StrictlySazz · 02/10/2009 15:14

no1 our Monday toddler group is £3 for both of them and is lovely. Glad C is settling in . Your albums sound lovely BTW. I still have not got round to printing our wedding pics

dizzy thinking about it i was trying to sort my house out in February before we rented it out so clearly my thinking i had been doing it for 3 weeks should have read 8 months

Right, off to Gym to not take DD1 for her lesson. I need to swim anyway so i can have some wine tonight

StrictlySazz · 02/10/2009 17:47

Oh DD2 had a gorgeous moment earlier - she was toddling across the patio with DD1's bucket of conkers singing Twinkle Twinkle . Obviously only I would know it was Twinkle Twinkle but even so, v cute. She could be my PFB

oopsacoconut · 02/10/2009 17:53

AAAAARRRRGGGHHHHH BLOODY KITCHEN PEOPLE!

no1putsbabyinthecorner · 02/10/2009 18:02

both dcs been in bath. Both been very sweet.(despite hair pulling and stangling cuddling him) ) Off to sit with them while they watch waybaloo or whatever it is.
Back later

no1putsbabyinthecorner · 02/10/2009 18:02

gorgeous even

oopsacoconut · 02/10/2009 18:12

No1 - Well they delivered our kitchen minus our cooker - old cooker has been taken out and new one was going in tomorrow. New cooker is out of stock until middle of November. I have just yelled at the customer services bloke (poor guy sounded about 10) then called the store and their customer services person goes home at 4 so I yelled spoke to the store manager who has now agreed to upgrade my cooker only other one they do with a big single oven but it will be atleast a week beofre it arrives. He is going to find out why no-one ever rang me to tell me it was out of stock and there is no notes on my file as to one customer services person promising me that it would all be here today as he had pulled some stings . He will also be getting the reciepts for any food we eat out for the next week or poor DD will turn into a microwave meal! Sorry but you did ask

DD on the other hand is back to her normal cheeky self. Fever is gone and it took the whingyness with it. I have her cold but can only take paracetamol but will survive and hopefully sleep will help too. DH has taken DD to read stories and play in her room so I have 5 minutes quiet.

Chinese man set for 7.30 delivery too

no1putsbabyinthecorner · 02/10/2009 18:24

aw bloddy hell. what a nightmare.
The communication/customer service is shite.
I would be furious, and I am on your behalf.

On the upside I am pleased to hear that P is feeling much better.

Enjoy the chinese.
Do you have a favourite??

oopsacoconut · 02/10/2009 18:26

yes I do - crispy chilli shredded beef or kung po chicken with special fried rice. yuuummmm

StrictlySazz · 02/10/2009 18:28

oops i would be steaming too . I will back you up that they told you it was coming as you told me and you were very convincing . Hope the upgrade is something better for you?

Very of your chinese though. Silver linings and all that

DD2 is now very interested in the fire which i have lit for the first time this year. She keeps wandering up to it looking at it quizzically and then going again to return 30 seconds later. DD1 on the other hand has just told me that the fire is 'orange like cheese'

StrictlySazz · 02/10/2009 18:29

Kung po chicken

Crispy shredded beef

sequinedsteaknife · 02/10/2009 18:32

at the chinese too.

baked potato, beans and cheese here.
Supper doesn't get more boring than this!

oopsacoconut · 02/10/2009 18:32

Yes Sazz - we bought a 'package' deal of cooker and hood for a set price to keep our budget down this cooker is the one I was drooling over and is £2000 So I should stop grumbling really but I sat in all day with miss whingy pants and had to yell at people, which I don't like doing.

no1putsbabyinthecorner · 02/10/2009 18:32

Crispy shredded beef

My all time favourite.

Oh and Crispy duck, and chicken and cashew nut, and ........

no1putsbabyinthecorner · 02/10/2009 18:33

shredded beef in sechzuan (sp?) sauce it has to be though.

no1putsbabyinthecorner · 02/10/2009 18:34

Have put some pics on fb earlier. Some of dd swinging round my pole

StrictlySazz · 02/10/2009 18:38

Christ my mouth is watering now. Please stop the torture

Will try and get onto FB later No1, they sound very amusing, although perhaps not one for the Grandparents

oops you are entitled to be shouty, but when it all calms down you will be very with your dream cooker, when all the stress has disappeared

oopsacoconut · 02/10/2009 18:38

yes No1 it's crispy shredded beef in sechzuan sauce. Many thanks ot the man at Wickes
