ScarletBandit · 30/09/2009 13:57

So cute! Bless him, big brothers are great!

runnyhabbit · 30/09/2009 14:25

Afternoon all

I had a brazilian last night

And did not hurt half as much as I thought it would - more uncomfortable than anything else, iyswim.

Been dying to tell someone, and its not the sort of thing you can drop into conversation with your mother, is it?

StealthPolarBear · 30/09/2009 14:28

Congratulations rh

runnyhabbit · 30/09/2009 14:29

Sorry, that post was very random But I was really suprised at how quick & easy it was.

Agre with SB - big brothers are great. I think J will always look out for W.

Oooggs - E's room will look lovely. Must get on with the boys.

Sol - Perfectly entitled to have a wobble - we're here to keep you steady. Have lots of hugs xxx

Dooby - Good luck with the course. (I start learning Welsh this week - not in the same league as nursing, obv, but still nervous/excited about it, iyswim)

StealthPolarBear · 30/09/2009 19:32

Woo hoo my friend's just had a baby boy!
It';s babies all over here

Doobydoo · 30/09/2009 19:44

SPB...How sweet T soundsand congrats on your friends baby...I WANT ONE!
NigellaBAndit...that sounds yum
Runny...good luck to you learning Welsh, apparently learning a language is very good for the brain.Hope it isn't like Irish as I have to confess that I think with most languages one can have a guess at meanings!,,Irish was utterly incomprehensible!AND each region has different way of pronouncing the same word
And yes I know I said 'one'
Went to look at poss house for us to rent today as the one we are in is for sale and we want to move whilst we have time to choose and not in a rush...bearing in mind we have children and dogs the options are limited. We have looked at quite a few but there have always been issues but the one today was FAB and we are hoping we can get it for abit less rent and it is with a landownery type person and won't be sold and they know our situation so fingers crossed that they come back with an ok price tomorrow.
Thankyou for your congrats to ds1 as well...he is generally happier which is such a relief and we are off to a sport thing for a couple of hours tomorrow to meet some other home edders.
Mammoth post...hope ALL OK.
XXXXXXXXXXXXX

StealthPolarBear · 30/09/2009 19:45

(is that the record for broodiness do you think?? Give it a week)
Will keep fingers crosed for tomorrow, let us know what they say

Doobydoo · 30/09/2009 20:09

SPB A week...must be record!

Thanks for the good luck

Ds2 sleeps loads better than ds1 did so hopefully Alice will do the same. And you must feel so chuffed re her weight etc...you sound like you are doing well...but you must be tired too especially with a 2 and half year old!

Oh no Oooggs! It's bad enough combing through N's hair for nits (luckily none this year yet), but I can't imagine how long it would take to do 5 of you!

StealthPolarBear · 01/10/2009 15:39

Morning everyone
Anyone like to give me a timecale before she stops pooing every 10 minutes?
Between midnight and 8am I had used 12 disposable nappies

runnyhabbit · 01/10/2009 17:17

at A nappies.

Many thanks for your good wishes re the Brazilian (Have to say, waxing is def the way forward, and the next time I go I am hoping to get my underarms done as well)

If it makes anyone feel any better with sleep, W was my reality check J was, and is such a good sleeper, from 8weeks. W, otoh, still wakes now

Oooggs - I love your twittering Don't think the boys will get nits - they have their hair washed about once a week. Twice if they're lucky

CaptainDippy · 01/10/2009 18:26

All different sorts of people.
We move to new house 1st Nov!Slightly more rent BUT...with an estate so long term if we need it and no danger of it being up for sale and there is a little stream with ducks nearby and is nearer to Lincoln where I shall be doin' my nursing.
My 1st child would be 19 tomorrow...Hannah.
I am amazed that I could be/am the mother of a 19 year old[ifykwim]
Hope all are well.
