POP is polarn o pyret. It'sa swedish company but there seem to be a few shops around here. Their sales are up there with Boden.
Lenni I heart your bf counsillor too. I literally kissed the top of S head all day today. I feel we have bonded so much and think it will be good for both of us when ds1 starts pre school late Sept and we get some more one on one time. Hope yours are better sleepers tonight. Mine always play up when dh away...

LenniAgain · 26/08/2009 21:08

Lenni, weekend we are going to the farmers market and then for lunch at a friends house in Cheltenham. Dropping DD off at the gps to stay over, they are taking her swimming in the morning than we are picking her up and going to a big picnicky reunion thing at country park in Cheltenham (weather permitting). Monday is a picnic with family at Sudeley castle. not sure what we wll do if it rains??

Also not sure what me and DH will do on saturday evening.....possibly start packing

We are going to London Zoo on Friday. On Sat dh is playing rugby so my parets are coming up. I plan to sleept in the morning and then go to a dragon boat race thing thats hapeening on the Thames. Sunday we are supposed to be going to Bath to see bil and then if we do we will go to Longleat safari park on Monday. Its been a week of animals!
Sounds a bit extravagant on the day trip front but this is dh holiday and we couldn't go away because of fing rugby so days out it is.

You've all got lovely, exciting plans. I'll look after bumping the thread shall I? Actually think I might take DCs to a farm place on Friday with a friend and her DS and got football on Saturday. Sunday there is a children's fun day on so prob go to that and Monday think I might go to the zoo after you saying you are going Gumps.

Going link crazy but the last top I bought ds1 was this.

LenniAgain · 26/08/2009 21:28

Anyone ever been to South Lakes Zoo talking of zoos? We went the other day and was a bit of a dump compared to Blackpool/Chester where I normally go but the kids could hand feed the Lemurs and Kangaroos and stroke the snakes and things, was really good day for DD. If you are ever holidaying in the Lakes then would recommend it.

Gumps · 26/08/2009 21:30

Blue rhino. Always happy to shop Dog even for others!
Stop stealing my weekend plans everyone! If I get to the zoo and Longleat and they are too full I will be back here with

newspaperdelivery · 26/08/2009 21:31

I'd quite like a quite one tbh, am a bit zonked after the weeks of sick kids and incredible non sleeping baby.

She had no solids today, just too grumpy too even sit down [her not me!]

It's going soooooooo s l o w l y.

Gumps - do you know any of the recers? A mate from way back is from Kingston and is in the womens racing team, last I heard. I'd love to get back in touch with her!

LenniAgain · 26/08/2009 21:33

I need to find a POP shop! Yay, there's one in Manchester. Are they nice clothing manufacturers? Ethically nice I mean.

Dog literally saw an advert for it in a local magazine we get delivered and thought that looks like a fun day. Finishes at Ham I think and there is a great park opposite there so hoping we can see from there and make a day of it. Cool you know someone racing. Its a long way I think?
Can recommend loads of great things to do London way, starting with Princess Diana memorial park which is fab.
