Dizzy mine have been that way since Reese's birth. I've had hormone testing to see if that's the cause but the tests came back negative. I see my doctor today to try and make heads or tails of the situation. I've never been a heavy bleeder so this is totally bothering me. Add to that the moodiness and the HEADACHES.... I feel your pain. I really really really do.

to VG!!

Late again here so off to the shower then on to the tennis center. Will catch up more afterwards.

so DH has taken DD1 and DD2 to the swimming and Dylan is asleep - where to start

and how did I end up on here

dizzydixies · 15/06/2009 14:42

oh dear just got involved in a bitch fight on babynames AND DH on his way home because local pool has changed policy - they're not allowed in the water without armbands or flotation aids so glad I've paid out all that money for DD1 to be taught how to swim by THEIR instructors who state the best way is for them NOT to have armbands

AnnVan · 15/06/2009 14:43

Thanks for the highchair advice ladies. Does the antilop have a tray? The website doesn't show one, so does it mean he'll eat off the table?

VG poor E having another fall! Mind you Seb still has a cut on his forehead from falling headfirst off the couch onto the wooden floor. Landed flat on his face apparantly.
Have had another driving lesson today, and of course there had to be a torrential thunderstorm right in the middle of it. So there I was learning to do parallel parking in a downpour so hard I couldn't see more than 3 feet.

dizzydixies · 15/06/2009 14:46

can do for an extra £4!!!!

Ann that was what the weather was like during my test and I think it makes me a better driver for it

alittlebitshy · 15/06/2009 15:12

ooh ann, not a nice way to be doing manoeuvres!!

vg poor little e

cyteen glad you had a good weekend. am of your 2 hen weekends. why won;t anyone i know have a hen do and invite me so i can claim a late pass???!!!

PetitFilou1 · 15/06/2009 15:46

dizzy and TS Sorry to hear of the bleeding traumas - unfortunately I don't think it is that uncommon as we - ahem - get a bit older. My mum said she used to require two super plus tampax at the same time (yes that is what I mean) I'm dreading mine coming back as have terrible PMT.

annvan You need to be able to drive in all weathers so no bad thing to get experience before doing it alone - look at it that way!

vg sorry to hear about ds2 - hope he is ok

Dcs in front of tv AGAIN. Although Tobes is mostly sleeping through - this is until 5.45 rather than the 7am I would prefer.... I am too tired to do engaging mother things with them. But will anyway in a minute as can't bear the guilt.

dizzy Good luck with the cafe btw

therealpf · 15/06/2009 15:52

Just trying out new name >>twirls>> Can you believe it - someone else has pf but I think this does it.

btw dizzy don't you try to outstare me madam

dizzydixies · 15/06/2009 16:14

oopsacoconut · 15/06/2009 16:26

Hi All

I am very to be in Dizzy's paper, I don't even know where Tayport is about to go and look it up on google!

DD and I went back to bed at 9.30 and woke at 11.20 then we went out to lunch with DH

ooh someone at the door back soon!

dizzydixies · 15/06/2009 16:29

it is obviously the centre of the universe oops

ladies we are in the company of fame, one at a time for autographs please!

for those that care, tayport is here - all welcome!!!

no1putsbabyinthecorner · 15/06/2009 16:37

pmsl at oops thats just great.

dizzy shame couldnt get a ride in this morniong for dd.
I am lucky as I managed a lovely ride this morning before it got too hot, had a good play and brushed her till her coat was gleaming. It is now pissing it down and all my efforts have been a waste of time
oh well I enjoyed it anyway.
My sister used me as a guinea pig yet again with the comment 'ooh I cant wait to see what she is like popping a jump'
so..... I had a couple of goes, she was quite good
was nice to get out on my own for a few hors.
pf love that new name you certainly are the real one in our eyes
I also feel guilty I am not doing mum things with dcs when sat here, but dh off today entertaining dd and ds is asleep.

TwilightSurfer · 15/06/2009 17:17

My home is in a nighmare-ish state and I'm just not into the idea of cleaning.

I should probably doing "something" with dd1....nope.

What I really want to do is crawl back into bed with a book and be LEFT ALONE for the rest of the day.

Why can't I stomp my foot, whine and/or scream to get what I WANT!!!

VG - how awful for all of you. Both DS and DD2 have escaped from their chairs at times and climbed up on tables. They will always find ways to have accidents.

I'm liking that image of you meeting your DH TS.

And another vote of solidarity with the real PF.

I've manage to feed both dcs and chat on the phone with a friend just back from the beach (st. george). That's IT! Thankfully I'm the BOSS!

VG your son will probably be a star football player.

Reese is biting! This does not make me happy.

Only 2.5 more hours till I hand these beauties off to their daddy.

That is so sweet of your dd1 to fetch toys and flowers, I bet you were welling up,I do on the rare occassion DD is nice to ds.
I forgot to say that ds has siad 'hi' with a wave 3 times, I was sure I was imagining it the first time.

dizzy sorry to hear about your heavy periods, but I have to say mine are too, I am on my 3rd, and it is a little better than last two. They were pretty bad.never like that pre dcs. Sorry
Not long to pass them on now ts

therealpf · 15/06/2009 19:20

miamla Spring 10 I will be 38. I am too OLD to do L plates, fairy wings and strippers. However, having seen you in RL I have a feeling it will be more tasteful than the average hen do

lol at everyone saying period on here because I can't cope with euphemisms

AnnVan · 15/06/2009 19:32

Oooh Miamla count me in. i've never been to a hen do
