Happy New Year ladies! Hope you had a fab xmas and all the rest of it. I´ve been flitting around MN as some may have vaguely spotted but mostly - - reading (whispers - have been rather pathetically totally absorbed by the whole twilight series ) of an evening. And trying hard not to look at MN during the day (not always succeeding) at work as I skived a fair bit at the end of last year and now really need to buckle down.
So pleased to hear your news SPB and also excited to hear about the new arrivals for you guys, Elkie and oooggs, when they arrive

I´m having a bit of a - i don´t know what you´d call it - existential crisis- wondering where my life is going - trying to figure out what I want workwise type of situation. Boss is thinking of opening an office in Miami.. and wants to speak to me about the possibility of me (well me, dh and N) going over there. All a bit but don´t think it would be til next jan so lots of time to think about it.. but it´s a bit scary/exciting/causing a lot of mental upheaval over this way. Craziness.
Otherwise it´s life as usual, N is signing to go to the toilet loads now, though no plans to get rid of the nappies for a good while yet, I went to meet his nursery worker on friday and explained his signs (something dh allegedly did months ago but blatantly he so didn´t - most likely muttered something and didn´t go into any more detail ). She was great, really interested and willing to try them especially as he´s the youngest/ least communicative in her group so good for her to have a clue as to what he wants. Today she signed to see if he wanted the toilet, he said yes and she took him and he went! What a star! (if only for saving me from looking like a right loon )
