Sorry JoMa

JoMa · 12/08/2007 11:20

that's ok, hopefully she doesn't come on here, but it's just that my real name sn't very common, and i don't get called ellie in RL, only online, so she'd never look for that

JoMa · 12/08/2007 11:27

off swimming now. mad? me?

normabutty · 12/08/2007 12:06

ARGH ARGH ARGH

I'm soooo pissed off...went off earlier cos I thought they might head back as it had started to rain, but no...they went and had a coffee out (then MIL was going to get dh to walk back in the rain to pick her and FIL up in the car so she didn't get wet - it was her that wanted a fucking walk). So they got back at half eleven despite knowing that I wanted to go to a shop and FIL wanted to go to a shop before I made lunch. So have fed Erin again (luckily before MIL came back) and changed her. She's ready to go out etc. DH & FIL move the car seat into FIL's car cos he wants to drive...FFS I spent ages yesterday telling dh not to move the bloody car seat. Then FIL has to empty their boot so they can get the pram in. So I told dh I didn't want to go anymore...I'm not sitting all cramped up in the back of the fucking car (it doesn't cost them any extra for us to take our car too and it would have been a lot less hassle). So they've buggered off without me. DH knew I wanted to go to a shop...on my own...cos MIL will fucking moan about me spending money on myself...so I've ended up not going cos she was going to come with me. I also wanted dh to take Erin with him so that I don't have the hassle of getting the pram round the shops I wanted to go to (it's a bit of a squeeze with a pram particularly at a weekend). So now, I'm not going to get out today, I'm pissed off, I still have to do lunch for them...and I'm just so tempted to get on the bus and fuck off for the day

CaptainDippy · 12/08/2007 12:36

Breathe, honey, breathe .... They'll be gone soon, just focus on that ..... You now your baby better than anyone so ignore her "advice" sweetie ..... I know EXACTLY how you are feeling right now - glad you feel you can come on here & rant .....

Not much time to say anything as P whimpering & lunch to get etc. Feeling super low today. Sigh.

Sexonlegs · 12/08/2007 14:11

Oh Norma. Sounds like you are having a ball - NOT! Hope they leave you in peace soon.

CD, sorry you are feeling low. Hugs to you fellow cancerian!

Well, tummy fine now thankfully, but still feel very tearful. Dh and I are bickering too. It is my fault. I am feeling resentful that he is buggering off climbing in the Lakes this afternoon, and won't be back until late Tuesday. I know I can cope with K on my own, I just get so incredibly lonely/bored. Plus B is leaving this afternoon, and whilst I know it will do us all good, I am going to miss her terribly, especially as she is the reason I get out of the house every day.

Love to all. xx

Katy44 · 12/08/2007 14:21

T has been sick again twice
Not again, I can't cope
I really hope it's nothing

It feels like bedtime already, I got the kids up at 5am to go to the 6am balloon launch at the balloon fiesta:

www.bristolfiesta.co.uk/gallery.php

It has been a looooooooooooooooooooooooong day! DD has fallen asleep on the sofa, after flinging sand aroundn the garden and pooing on the grass. DS has managed to punch me in the face while trying to swing off the bannisters (he thinks he is Indiana Jones) and kick me in the knee cap whilst begging for treats Leo has cried and grumbled nearly all day.....

DH is working away this weekend, due back later tonight, he owes me one big time!!!!

Off to make sandwiches for picnic as looks like lovely afternoon and going to go back to see the 6pm launch of balloons

Katy44 · 12/08/2007 16:31

What's up Dippy?

Sexonlegs · 12/08/2007 17:06

Oh Katy, not more vomiting. Fingers crossed it is nothing. How is dh?

WCL, we were in Bristol last weekend and saw the signs for the Baloon festival - sounded lovely. Have to say I pmsl at your dd pooing on the grass. Hope you are ok hun.

CD, what's up flower? You sound really down.

Well, B left at 4.15 with no problems. She was bribed with a packet of Hula Hoops! I wept buckets after she left tho. And now dh has gone, so I am home alone with K, who thankfully is being an angel. Very quiet indeed here now!!

Hope everyone is enjoying the weekend. Will be on MN quite a lot methinks with dh away and not moaning that I am always on here!!

normabutty · 12/08/2007 18:22

Ok, sorry for all the swearing earlier . In the end, while they were all out shopping, I went out for a walk and didn't go back...dh rang to see where i was and I said I wasn't going to come back for lunch, he could make it for them and he came to pick me up and take me to some shops. I spent an hour or so shopping while dh made lunch for in-laws and came to meet me after they left. He also told them why I was so pissed off.

Katy - sorry T's not well...hope you're ok too hun.

SOL - hope you find lots of stuff to keep you entertained while your dh & B are away. Where in the Lakes is your dh, do you know? (I'm from there!)

WCL - blimey, sounds like ds has given you a battering

CD - sorry you're having a hard day too.

Sexonlegs · 12/08/2007 18:28

Hi Norma, glad you managed to have some time out today.

I am sure I will be fine, and have got stuff to do. I just feel a bit low at the mo and with dh and B going off as well, am just feeling a bit sorry for myself!

Hope everyone is ok. xx

CaptainDippy · 12/08/2007 20:17

Poor lonely SOL {{{{hugs}}} I know you miss them, but enjoy the "alone time" with B & make the most of the time she sleeps!

Thanks for your concern guys - don't know what has got into me - just a combo of stuff I guess - P still waking up v.early & girls being challenging and DH starting new job tomorrow - Stressed, tired, hormonal etc ...... Give me hugs!!

Sexonlegs · 12/08/2007 20:25

CD, massive hugs to you. You have your hands so full, I am not surprised you are feeling a bit low. Good luck to Mr CD for tomorrow in his new job. xx

CaptainDippy · 12/08/2007 20:35

oooggs · 12/08/2007 21:18

what date is everyone planning on going to the Baby Show at Earls Court?

Octo are you going to be there for the 3 day stint?

mammyjo · 12/08/2007 21:22

Evening all. I feel soooooo miserable today Still having problems with my sore boob. I saw the gp last week, by the time I got an appointment things had settled down quite a lot so he didnt want to give me any treatment. I did think that was reasonable enough. Anyway, over the weekend things have got worse again. Feels like I have bloody needles stabbing me in the nipple, very ow. Will now be trying to get an appointment for tomorrow for gp. Will not be leaving without something to sort it out. I am very very fed up. Havent had a crap day like this for several weeks.

Apologies for miserable, self absorbed post. Hope everyone is well, havent had chance to catch up yet. Will come back tomorrow and hopefully be more smiley xx

Sexonlegs · 12/08/2007 21:24

Mammyjo, you poor love. You sound well pissed off. Hope you can get an appointment tomorrow and get sorted. Huge hugs to you.

Hi Oooggs!!

mammyjo · 12/08/2007 21:25

Hi SOL. I am ok really, just having one of those days I think. Hopefully gp will be helpful tomorrow. Enjoy your time with K, the days will soon fly by!

weeonion · 12/08/2007 21:27
