We have run out of space so thought I would start a new thread.

Pavlov-hope you are OK today hun.

kayzed-well done to Roshi

Gave Sophie some SMA (5oz but she only glugged 3oz ish down) she zonked out immediatedly on her gym mat. Poor girl must have been starving the way she uh, uh, uh when she saw the beaker.

Mum and dad coming in a mo. Dad is tiling and mum and I are going to paint the ceiling. DH doesn't know so watch out for me on the relationships thread later.

Bloss-get you on the homepage! How do you do tips?

Better go-love to all and will catch up later.

Oh sure he's got baby chubbiness, but he really looks quite slender when he stands up in the nud holding onto the bath (must get a pic of that). He was just about 19lb when he was weighed a couple of weeks ago.

pavlov i think thats where i got confused after reading your message to sophies 10 month bday

twinkle[have you suspected he might have a squint or is it another hv giving their 'hmm i think...' speech. dd was sent for a hearing test for no reason even after i said she responded well to noise

Twinklemegan · 27/04/2007 23:43

KZ, we've really been round the houses on that one. Two HVs thought he has then decided he hasn't. At the eight month check the doctor said definitely not. But he's since seen two other doctors when he's been ill with his various bugs and each one has commented on "his slight squint" and recommended referral.

PavlovtheCat · 27/04/2007 23:43

phew...I got very worried you know KZ, that I got my months all wrong and been celebrating the wrong month for our LO!!! Maths has never been good for me...

I have said happy birthday, but another one to Sophie! The oldest!

PavlovtheCat · 27/04/2007 23:45

I went out this evening. To see a concert. out.

Twinklemegan · 27/04/2007 23:46

TM - No i didnt. I saw a bloke who I never heard of, I was on the guest list, no queues, no paying, oh apart from, get this £4.00 for a glass of shite wine!

PavlovtheCat · 27/04/2007 23:49

KZ - a degree in maths? are you mad? was it pure/applied?
I had a friend who did pure maths and philosophy. He did go mad.

Twinklemegan · 27/04/2007 23:49
Shock
Twinklemegan · 27/04/2007 23:51

I was about to embark on an OU maths degree when I fell pregnant. The aim was to career change and become a teacher. I wanted somebody to remember me when I die for doing something worthwhile, since I didn't think I'd have a LO. Needless to say the maths degree went by the board.

My DD behaved herself for DP as well, who is poorly with my bug.

(i have not got tonsilitis, or else I would not be out this evening, I have a 'nasty sore throat and glue ear, a result of a viral infection, just ride it out, it might take a while to clear according to Dr}.

PavlovtheCat · 27/04/2007 23:53

I did Political science. I am not even registered to vote now!

Twinklemegan · 27/04/2007 23:54

Nor the inclination any more. I now enjoy my job - where did that come from? - and I know my little man will love and remember me for evermore.
