Morning ladies. Bad night again here. Just put him down to bed again. Ds woke at 6 and I told him to go back to bed. Came downstairs at 6.40 and he was watching tv with grandad. Grandad had also fed him Now that is quite something!!

My sister and her family are coming today. Have to pop to Fosse park to get my Nan a birthday present and then I need to go to Boots and stock up on nappies.

Kel. I think your dh is just trying to make you feel bad because he feels so crap himself. Don't take it to heart. At the end of the day, you've got the better deal, you've got ds. Just let it brush over you hun.

Friz. I'm so jealous, can I sneak into your suitcase please?

Yay for the run mrm. I reckon your body shape is really changing but you just can't see it. I think I've lsot inches as i had to borrow a belt yesterday to keep my jeans up

Mum wants to look on ebay for a mobility scooter for grandad so I'd better sign off

CR where in Cambs are you? I'm S Walden

mustrunmore · 14/04/2007 09:52

Dont think so macca. I'm still wearing dh's belt BTW
Sorry for another crappy night. ds2 slept till 6.30am today

ellenrose · 14/04/2007 10:18

Kel - agree with the others - I know it is easy to say but try to ignore what he is saying because he is clearly just trying to upset you. I had a similar thing with my ex dh and it was very hard to ignore when it seems so hurtful but really, you will get there.

MRM - I am in the same place as you, desperately trying to run, saying that I do not care what weight I am as long as my shape changes whilst very much willing my shape to actually change. Still wearing my dh belt as well

32F! I wish - for either dimension

Must go and hoover now, the dust is taking over . . .

Chloe55 · 14/04/2007 11:13

Morning ladies,

Jelley - thanks for the menu planner

Kel - Ignore your ex, he is being an arse and is obviously just feeling bitter and guilty so he is trying to pin the blame on you. What a horrible thing to say about the punching you

CSWS, 2boys, PG - hope all your toddlers are feeling better today.

Frizbe - glad you had a good time at the weekend.

CR - I am so sorry! I'm so rude, I didn't fully read the past threads when I came back on here after Easter and I never said hi, so [[[[[[[[[WAVES]]]]]]]]

MRM - you really do worry me how excited you get over your lodger

MRCSWS - I wouldn't let CSWS over to MRM's house whilst the loger is there, I think he is a bit of a chick puller!

Chloe55 · 14/04/2007 11:14

Whoops - hiya Ellenrose too

PhoenixGirl · 14/04/2007 11:30

Aaaarrrggghhhh does anyone want a cute 2 year old doggie? Before i kill him.

He's been a complete arse today, he's been sick on my carpet (although that was slightly my fault and all you that were chatting on here last night cos i was reading it and didn't notice )

I got Lewis to sleep for his nap and went in the bath and 10 mins later the bloody dog was barking and barking at probably nothing and woke Lew up screaming so i had to dive out of the bath to see to him still dripping wet and then stand there in a towel for 45 mins to get him back to sleep.

And now he's just woke him up again by barking when an ambulance came up the street with its siren on and just generally been a PITA.

On the plus side Lewis is better.

I'll be back later to catch up properly.

Chloe55 · 14/04/2007 16:26

Erm.....you're not exactly giving us the hard sell for him pg

Oxygen · 14/04/2007 19:19

There is no way I can take in that lot.

I'm home... there was no "talk"

Anything I should know?

Chloe55 · 14/04/2007 19:21

Oh dear Flame, what a PITA - was there no issue at all then? How weird. What does your dh say?

Oxygen · 14/04/2007 19:49

Its odd - something still doesn't seem right, but we can't work out what!

Jelley · 14/04/2007 21:04

I have a dripping nose
I feel rubbish.

DP has started work on the shed today to try and make me feel a bit better about the garden I think.

mustrunmore · 14/04/2007 21:13

Chloe, you must've met him I think csws is safe, as are the rest of us, as he only goes for dancers under 21!

We went to the seaside today It was lovely lovely lovely. Great weather, great company (not the lodger!!), great fun for the boys. Apart from ds2 who sat in poo all the way home and now has a very red bum

Jelley, get him to convert it into a playhouse while he's making it up, just to you can keep up with 90% of the people on this thread

flame, you're really intriguing me now.Get to the bottom of it!!!

mustrunmore · 14/04/2007 21:14

But ellenrose, you posted a photo on here a while back and you looked great. So what are you on about??

CantSleepWontSleep · 14/04/2007 21:14

No thanks to the dog - I'm so not a pet person even if you had had nice things to say about him!

that there was no announcement after all that flame.

for fence and nose but for shed.

New car is fab. I haven't actually driven it yet, but went to Bracknell and back in it with dh driving and in laws and dd in back. Had fun at party. dd moaned all the way home, except for when we stopped at McDonalds for tea! She sat transfixed in her high chair watching other children whilst munching on chips and a bit of hamburger. Might be shite nutritionally, but at least I can get allergen info there! dd and I even shared an apple pie on the way back - yum yum!

CantSleepWontSleep · 14/04/2007 21:16

You saying I'm old and unfit and unfanciable then mrm? Wanna make something of it?

CantSleepWontSleep · 14/04/2007 21:17

Oh and which beach?

Jelley · 14/04/2007 21:17

It will be way beyond playhouse when he finishes. In fact he could probably live in it! The dds will certainly get a corner to hide out in.

seaside. I was going to take the dds to the farm, but didn't make it out of the garden.

Flame, did your dh ask what fil wanted to talk about?Sounds very odd.

mustrunmore · 14/04/2007 21:17

Phott of the family posing by new car????

mustrunmore · 14/04/2007 21:19

Not at all It was Chloe who said not to let you over here. But you certainly are over 21 and not a dancer, unless you've been lying to us all...????

mustrunmore · 14/04/2007 21:21

Southend. Very nostalgic for several reasons. ds2 was the only one who decided to paddle with shoes on I still have sand in between my toes And ther ewas alot in the leftovers of the butties boxes when I came to wash them out

Flamesparrow · 14/04/2007 21:21

There is no bottom - you know as much as we do!! We had 2 comments - one about staying close with MIL as she'll "be good to us" and one about the garden being good for the kids (I missed both of those).

I did have a few drinks the first night and stayed up talking with them both (Boy went to bed!!) - they said sooo many times what a great boy/son he is and it took all my willpower not to scream at them to tell him to his face!!! . But we got onto the owning own homes thing and I was possibly a touch too honest about my feelings about moving away . Oh well, its the truth.

Oh, they also gave us DH's grandad's army uniform badges and buttons (the uniform was rotting) - they even had welsh dragons on the buttons

i can't scan well enough... is the lodger back?!?!?! I looooooooooooooove the lodger

CantSleepWontSleep · 14/04/2007 21:27

I'll have you know that I have passed lots of dance exams mrm. They might be ballroom and latin american, and it might have been half my lifetime ago, but that is beside the point .

Off to look up just where exactly Southend is now!

Flamesparrow · 14/04/2007 21:29

somewhere around the southern end?

mustrunmore · 14/04/2007 21:31

I think he favours slightly more exotic styles With less clothing worn.

Flame, i love you, but I'm not swopping him for your pirate

Southend is turn left from our house, and keep going till you reach the sea

2boysmacca · 14/04/2007 21:31

Evening all! Just thawing out been sitting int he garden all evening and it is now pretty cold out there. Family all in the living rrom talking about whatever and my dad has some american law series on.

I've hit middle age. I just love the clothes in M&S at the minute and ended up spending far too mucg money buying clothes

Flame, is dh still wanting to move to Wales after his few days away?

My mum is getting on my nerves. To hear her talk she has brought up the boys herself and it was so lucky she insisted on taking Luca to the Dr yesterday oh and she's had no sleep what with her sitting up all night with Luca the past few nights wtf??????

Other than that, big party tomorrow. We'll have a houseful of wrinklies, and a cousin with a new Thai bride

I'd invite you over csws so I can stroke your new car but it wouldn't fit on our driveway

Like the sound of the shed jelley. Can dh make it a three storey so it takes away all of next doors sunlight too? Oh, put a drumkit in it too to really piss them off!

Better go and be socialable....ok ok so they are sharing out the chocolate and wine and I don't want to miss out
