podglet · 05/02/2007 20:19

Thank you Sara & M2T&F! He is very cute, if I say so myself gets his looks from his father...

Sara - I went to Brunel between 1998 - 2001 have a degree in Politics and History for my sins (but spent more time behind a bar) I had friends who lived in Hayes so went there quite a lot I loved my time there, more socially than acedemically though!

lol, just finished changing my 2 smelly boys!! why do they do it at the same time..

ds1 is currently feeding ds2 his bottle, giving me free hands to sit here, now all i need to do is get him changing nappies and doing the washing and i'm sorted

mil on her way.... bring on the crazy! can't be bothered to clean, so she'll have to stay in my dirty house!

i need to stop laughing at dp.... he looks so uncomfortable bless him!!

staceym11 · 06/02/2007 12:25

oh sara you're so mean!

about 2 days after my dad had the snip my cousin ran head first at full pelt into him! ouch!

well ds has put on a little bit of weight since last week, but is by no means wasting away! he's still well above the line he was born on so im not worried! hes a bit whingy today as he had the injections yesterday but he did just eat nearly a whole 5 oz bottle and he only usually does that overnight.

oh and is it just me or are 2 year olds incapable of walking more than 100 meters per hour.

we went out for a walk that normally takes about 5 minutes. with dd walking it took 2 hours, i couldnt believe it!

Hello everyone

I had a nose at all the pictures, they are all so gorgeous

I am in the middle of buying a high chair, I can't believe it, was just saying on another thread, it doesn't seem like 2 minutes since I was buying up every pregnancy test in sight, and now I am buying a bloody high chair, seems almost unreal!

amyjade · 06/02/2007 21:49

oh mygirl, they were just trying to save you from the excercise! lol

well so far today i have:
Doen a load of washing,
Got both kids up washed dressed (and ds back to bed)
Done 3 days worth of washing up
Cleaned the hob
Cleaned all the fronts of my kitchen cabinets

phew, feel worn out now, think i need a sit down!

ds put a bit of weight on last week, not a lot but enough to keep him steady, hes just over 13lb now. I'm happier with the way he is eating now, but he wiggles around so much all the time that i think he burns off most of his food now!

I've actually managed to get quite a bit done this morning as well for a change. Laundry dealt with at different stages of washing, hanging out and folding and house tidied. Also took Verity to song time at library down the road she is too young for it but she seems to like looking around.

Other days not been so easy, she has had a bad patch of screaming-crying. Can't work out what it is, but seems to be ok today. Will get her weighed and see health visitor but she really feels like she is putting on weight now so won't have to worry about that anymore.

Nightmares with my pram, didn't tell y'all but one side keeps collapsing and twice both sides collapsed with her in it!! She didn't drop much but still upsetting. But bought it off a bloody internet company who are being arsey. They don't have a phone number or street address and when they did email me back said it would cost £25 to get the pram sent back to me when checked, cheeky buggers! Dept of consumer affairs been super helpful and told me the legislation to quote to tell them on no uncertain terms how out of line they are. But it is upsetting and time consuming sorting these things out.

Shes awoken gotta go

staceym11 · 07/02/2007 14:27

Oh poor little verity, its horrible when things dont do what they are supposed to.

keiran has funny crying fits, generally during a feed, its heartbreaking, as it feels like im forcing him to eat, but i know hes starving, and eventually he gets over it!

Bethbe · 07/02/2007 19:00

Hiya,

We took Ross to the singalong at the library. He too hadn't a clue what was going on but he liked looking around at the different four walls and the other children. I on the other hand, got to sing my heart out and bang a drum!

KaybeeandZak · 07/02/2007 19:50

hi everyone

Zak is asleep

He is such a funny wee thing, I am still having trouble with him screaming every time we take the bottle off him (like when it's finished ) HV doesn't take me seriously, don't know why I bother even talking to her...

Good thing is he goes to bed every night about 6.30 or 7, and lately hasnt been waking to feed until about 12, then goes down again for another 6 or so hours - yippeeee

Am gonna add some more photos of Zak once I remember the site to resize the photos I have...

Debbsyandson · 07/02/2007 21:10

kaybee how much milk is Zak having?

staceym11 · 08/02/2007 07:12
