Morning quiche
Thank you all for your support yesterday, if been meaning to post for a while but thought I was just being a whinge bag.
I managed some positive steps yesterday, I've booked my hair for a cut and colour to make me feel brighter and I shaved my legs and frim fram for the first time in ages, I'm seriously a stone lighter in hair now 
Weight/exercise wise, I'm not too bothered about my weight as in the actual number. I'm not as light as I once was, don't think I'll ever be, but I'm a stone lighter than pre-preg weight. I've just lost all tone and need to tone up. Problem areas are my stomach, my abs are shot! My love handles, upper back and top of my arms. I'd like to tone them a bit.
Any advice on exercise that can be done relatively cheaply.
Am I just going to have to bite the bullet and start running?
chasing do you use any training method? Like couch25k? Or do you just run?

I've decided I'm going to make more of an effort to catch up with this thread. I can't complain about feeling lonely when I've got a group of fab friends right here!
