oh no, the pizza and the hour can be explained. But why would you put the awake baby in the buggy to walk the width of a pavement???

PetiteRaleuse · 03/05/2014 08:54

Plenty of possible reasons pidj I wouldn't worry about it.

Good luck today pass

FatimaLovesBread · 03/05/2014 09:35

Thank you stunt I've pm'd you Thanks

What's everyone doing for the bank holiday? We were supposed to be camping at the bikes yesterday-Monday but plans changed so we're just going to watch Monday now. As a result DH is playing cricket today but having tomorrow off. Might go for a nice walk tomorrow. Not sure what to do today sans DH

ValiumQueen · 03/05/2014 09:50

Pidj the baby may well have been in the buggy for quite a while.

ValiumQueen · 03/05/2014 10:11

Also thinking of you Pass x update us when you can x

ValiumQueen · 03/05/2014 11:07

That must be a huge relief Wanda Smile I have never read Mallory Towers.

Passmethecrisps · 03/05/2014 11:18

Good stuff wanda

I have an ulcer on my eye which has swollen my pupil. I have drops to use every hour for 48 hours.

Wandathewindfairy · 03/05/2014 11:45

Oh no pass hope the drops work.

Today is mainly about weeding.

Tomorrow I will be weeding.

And Monday. I will be weeding.

And there is a bit of laundry, food prep, baking and sleeping going on I. There ready for next week.

But there is a lot of weeding to do!

ValiumQueen · 03/05/2014 12:09

I am glad it is 'just' an ulcer Pass. It could have been worse. I had one a long time ago, and my eye is fine now. Take care of yourself x

PetiteRaleuse · 03/05/2014 12:20

Every hour even overnight pass ? Glad it was checked and no real harm done.

Zamboni · 03/05/2014 12:28

I am so hungover. Only intended

ValiumQueen · 03/05/2014 12:30

I would think the drops would be when awake, but I am guessing you are not getting much sleep anyway Pass. ThanksThanksThanks

Zamboni · 03/05/2014 12:30

To have one Wine. Epic fail on that score.

Stumbled home, DH got lucky with no contraception, S woke me at 5am and DH left for work at 7am.

I did manage the park this morning but the rest of the day will consist of DVDs and marginal supervision of DC at best.

ValiumQueen · 03/05/2014 12:31

I cannot remember my last hangover.

Zamboni · 03/05/2014 12:38

Apart from now nor can I VQ. First in a v long time. I only intended to have a quick supper out and then get home to bed at a reasonable hour. Y'day was also meant to be the start date of health kick. It officially stars Monday but I wanted three days head start. I have zero self control.

Passmethecrisps · 03/05/2014 12:47

Every hour. I have set alarms!

PurplePidjin · 03/05/2014 12:52

I think mine was the morning after R was conceived Blush

tillyx · 03/05/2014 14:18

Big big hugs pass - so sad about your MIL's friend. Sad

VQ I am appalled they let poor J get so cold. Just awful. I would be beyond fuming but probably too polite to say anything

Particularly when M is sleep dodging, I have been known to drag her round tesco's late at night to knacker her. Or if I've been working in the evening and my mum's let her sleep.

I'm about to drag my toddler around car garages in an attempt to buy a decent car. Have opted against a company car as it will affect my tax status too much so will be exploiting a partnership discount offered through work instead! Wish me luck!

ValiumQueen · 03/05/2014 14:20

Oh Pass Shock you poor thing! Hope you have some decent painkillers too.

Zamboni. I have lost 8lb whilst off sick. Not sure why. I am not one to worry myself thin. I wish I was as I tend to comfort eat. I have been going to bed when the kids do and I think that explains the loss as I consume most calories, especially naughty ones, after dark.

ValiumQueen · 03/05/2014 14:30

I am not impressed about J being so cold, especially as he has a cough at the moment, but Daddy had dressed him and had him in cotton trousers and a thin cotton long sleeved T. No vest. He looked more warmly dressed than he was, but still no excuse. Blue lips are something that should be investigated and I will mention it to the manager on Monday.

MsJupiter · 03/05/2014 15:05

Hope the eye gets better quickly Pass.

VQ that is awful they let him get so cold Shock and with blue lips. Poor J in just a top and trousers, makes me shiver. Surely they should have noticed at nappy change time he wasn't wearing a vest even if he looked more warmly dressed.

ValiumQueen · 03/05/2014 16:09

Pics of Pikz look awesome Grin Congratulations darling!

ValiumQueen · 03/05/2014 16:10

I am now worrying myself silly googling blue lips in toddlers Grin Silly VQ
