Badenoch is on BBC News standing in front of an armoured vehicle (she's not sitting in a tank yet, but give her time).
When told that the majority of Britons don't want to be involved in this war, she said that we would be if we understood what it meant.
She's happy to have a conversation with the PM, obviously he's too stupid too.
Only she has the intellect required to want to bomb people.

Kemi needs to stop acting brainless, rapidly

It is indeed amazing to reach 72 and be so naive. Do you really think Trump is just some mean man with dementia who has just thought all this up on his own and found himself in charge of a 997 billion dollar military budget to do what he feels like on a daily basis ? Or an elected leader with 1000s of advisors and access to the world’s best intelligence?

As you seem to be new to MN, you might want to familiarise yourself with the Talk guidelines.🙂

Hilarious MAGA post ( or maybe ironic 😄)...Netanyahou has got the better of that faded senile former reality TV ex-star.
It's quite funny how when there's a post about the near East, or middle East, you get a spate of bizarre posts, isn't it?
Trump only ever thinks TV ratings and money. He is way beneath the gravitas and dignity of his office, ie the Presidency.

He's outa his brain. And outa his box. He might get impeached over this.

You’ve convinced me with your logic, Venezuela and Iran supplying China with sanctioned oil has nothing to do with recent events. This war is just one man ‘outa his box’ and the US has no thought through strategic aim.

Thanks, I’m sure you’ve reported me so they’ll let me know if I’ve breached anything by saying someone is naive. We’re lucky to have you.

No I haven't reported you. But thank you for the compliment ☺️

Erm no she didn’t.
and in all honesty the only thing I would say is that your post shows a staggering level of ignorance!

BIossomtoes · 07/03/2026 22:12

Ignorance, naivety - looks like Badenoch isn’t alone in labouring under the delusion that we’re all stupid.

Drydrydry · 07/03/2026 22:13

Well labour got voted in so.....

Smeuse · 07/03/2026 22:17

Labour hasn't taken us into an illegal war.

Who are you referring to when you say ‘we’re all’?

Or anyone who doesn't want the UK to join Trump's war, incl Tory voters.

48% of those polled don't want the UK to enter a war with Iraq. Are they all Labour voters?

Very unlikely as polls suggest only 11% of the electorate are Labour supporters. Are you sure 52% want to enter a war with Iraq? Seems very random. Do you have a link to the poll results.

You are quite right. I mistyped. 46% said the UK's response should be purely defensive. 26% said it should be retaliatory only. Just 8% of those polled want the UK to actively join in with attacks on Iraq.

So obviously the anti-war sentiment is across the political spectrum. Not just Labour voters.

Do you have a link to the poll? These results sound absolutely crazy. Do you mean Iran and not Iraq? As I find it hard to believe 8% of the U.K. want to actively join Iran in attacking Iraq.

How do you mean?

In the US, only Congress can declare a war and Iran did not pose an imminent threat on American citizens.
