I know that Labour treated Jeremy APPALLINGLY but the focus should be on fighting off the far right

Jeremy can help Labour do that

No idea what the point of this new party is 😒😒, as much as i love JC

Row breaks out at top of Your Party over claims of 'sexist boys club'

Jeremy Corbyn is seeking legal advice after Zarah Sultana sent out an "unauthorised email" about paid membership - which she claimed she did after being "sidelined".

Dead in the water already it seems.

blankcanvas3 · 18/09/2025 17:47

I’m really disappointed that it seems to be falling apart already. I really like Zarah and her statement about the ‘boys club’ is concerning. I assume they will oust her, but I won’t vote for them (as I’d intended to do) if they get rid

decenteringmen · 18/09/2025 17:48

JC is an idiot, and I say that as someone who used to adore him. Zarah needs to go it alone.

Ooo why do you say that?

Ive found that leftie men often sometimes hate women 😭😭😭

Hope that isnt true in this case

I'm voting green as I am in a labour safe seat

Would love to see Jeremy try and tour the far right hotspots and talk about ways to improve food prices

I would LOVE for Jeremy to organise a nationwide protest against food prices actually, since protesting is more his thing

Wishful thinking aha

I voted green last election for the first time in my life so think I will do the same next time. My seat switched from tory to Labour for the first time in about 30 years!

I’m wondering if it might be a trans issue. Zarah is very pro trans but apart from JC, the other MPs aren’t and I could imagine that would cause quite a rift

Yeah I bet its the trans cause too 🥺

Its a super important cause imo, trans people are going through it. Its not the most pressing matter though, the urgent one is keeping farage out surely

Yes the trans issue is why i didn’t vote Labour and partly the reason I was excited for this new party (along with Gaza etc).

I don’t see that we can keep Reform out to be honest - the Tories are dead in the water because all the Tory votes will just vote reform, anybody genuinely ‘left’ won’t vote for Labour anymore because they’re no longer ‘left’. The rest of the vote will be split between the other parties

1dayatatime · 18/09/2025 23:45

I'm just surprised that Sultana hasn't blamed it all on Israel yet, with Jeremy Corbyn being a secret Mossad agent.

MarthaBeach · 19/09/2025 00:07

If you really want to keep Reform out, then the left needs to be united - not splitting the left vote into Labour and AN Other party. The two leaders falling out and briefing against each other already is laughable to be honest.

Twiglets1 · 19/09/2025 00:10

What a shit show.

YourLemonTiger · 19/09/2025 06:12

Two reactionary people who both like to be difficult and argumentative have fallen out. Who would have thought it possible?

Twimbledonia · 19/09/2025 06:24

Shame because most people are hoping that the most loony of the remaining Laborites lwould follow him rather than Starver and get rid of Labour forever.

PestoHoliday · 19/09/2025 06:24

JC could start a fight in an empty room. He's not learned anything from his debacle as party leader. You're supposed to work with those in your party, not break it from the inside.

Sultana is too wedded to TWAW, to th detriment of everything else.

I’m going down a bit of a rabbit hole with this, trying to work out who are the men she’s talking about.

If we vote Green in a Labour safe seat I think it opens it up to Reform.

You don't need to go down that much of a rabbit hole. The 5 men who signed the letter saying she'd acted in an unauthorised manner are who she's talking about. She thinks she can persuade Jihadists to set Palestine up as a progressive secular state yet gets sidelined immediately by 4 fairly moderate Muslim men in her own party and Jeremy Corbyn!

Hazlenuts2016 · 19/09/2025 06:57

I honestly believe JC doesn't want to be the leader of a party or PM. He just wants to be a protester. He is good at stirring the pot. Having seen the way the labour party went under his leadership (antisemitism absolutely was rife) I'm glad he's not going to be able to squander votes this time that would simply help to let Reform in. How different things could have been if Andy Burnham had been elected in his place! We might never have had to endure Johnson or May. And yes I know how much a disaster the current govt are, but we need them to change rather than have Reform as a sure thing in a few years due to a split left vote.

Exactly. Please vote tactically to keep reform out.

Yes. This is a gift for Reform. Can’t actually believe it’s happening

We need a proper environmental party, ie Green but with business at its heart. Like the new Teal party in Australia - women who have all worked and been successful in the real world running as independents backed by a millionaire green activist

noblegiraffe · 19/09/2025 07:32

I note that a lot of the ire seems to be thrown at Zarah Sultana and not Jeremy Corbyn who managed to nearly kill the Labour Party, let alone a tiny new start-up.

Ddakji · 19/09/2025 07:40

The irony that ZS finally notices that sex matters having spent at least 5 years telling us that it doesn’t. I didn’t think she could get more stupid but she does always manage to hit new lows.

They’re both truly ridiculous people. And yes, an absolute gift to Reform who, along with everyone else, are ROFLing like mad over these idiots.
