Hi to Mary, DO, NQGU (did you got to your mother's?), NSFN, Podmog (hope the ezcema is much much better very soon), Panda, Worzilla, Podglet, RubySlippers and everyone I've momenatily forgotten! The Lord knows us all by name and loves us to bits.

Well I'm surprisingly not tired after my prayer ministry course - it was very very good and I hope I'll be more confident in offering to pray with people for all sorts of things. Dh has been a megastar this weekend, looking after the dc while I've been away and having a whale of a time with them. He's gone to bed for a nap now though!

Ds just in bed - he told me that himself, me and dh are "in our friendship, aren't we mummy". ooh, he's sooo scrummy

I had a sleep this afternoon too . Am ploughing on with my essay, not helped by the fact we keep having mini power outages, resulting in me losing the odd sentence here and there .

Am regularly remembering OJ and Steve in my prayers, although I don't always say so...

I saw N's husband this morning. The Drs think she has a minor infection, which they are treating with antibiotics, rather than a reoccurrence of the bug. Am praying that they consider bringing forward the operation to close off her ear and remove any further risks... they were going to operate after Christmas.

DS played up at church this am, left me feeling more than a little frazzled

DH and I were chatting earlier about how blessed we are with a fab kids and youth team at church, DS has some fab older role models, wh o he really looks up to. So I just want to give thanks fo rthat. My ears are ringing, my throat is sore and my feet ache, I'm just back from a Delirious concert. THey rocked, and God rocks too! For me it was a long worship sessiuon, not a gig. 'On Christ the solid rock we will stand, when all other ground is sinking sand'

well i did get baptised, got in the foyer of the baths , and there were loads of people , i didnt know. as well as lots from church that i did
they had come for one of the others.there were 4 of us
i would have preferred just me and my pastor!

it made me so nervous, as i hate being the centre of attention, so by the time i had to get in the pool i was shaking, but as i went under that stopped. and time stopped for those few seconds, and afterwards, well , just a very peaceful feeling. it was very quick. and i am glad i did it

Another prayer request. DS1 spent the night throwing up. I go away tonight. When I was away last week the children were all sick in turn so their father didn't get to go to work at all. Please pray that this is just a one off and that the other children stay nice and healthy (and remain so when I get back). Thanks.

I don't come in here much, other than to ask for prayers, which you all so happily give out for me & others in need. I do pray too & like to think I include all those in need, although not on an indivual basis.

I guess what I am trying to say, is Thank You, all of you.

Also, my neice, who lost her baby at 27 weeks last year has just welcomed a baby boy into the world.

7lb, both doing well..I am grateful to you all for prayers that helped this little bundle arrive safely after the sadness from last year.

I am happy for her beyond belief & miss her so much. I feel a trip to the UK coming on!

Thank you for your prayers for us this weekend. Ds1 is doing OK. He didn't come to Church, but ds2 did and ran riot! Sharing your frazzledness Mary! I am praying that ds1 will grow in faith through praying/fellowship/sharing with me and through occasional visits to church until there is a group/service suitable for him. One big nearby church has a fantastic ministry with teenagers. Only six years to go! We didn't see Mum as she phoned up to tell us not to go - road conditions were awful in the rain and sleet yesterday - so an answer to prayer there. Thank you.

Well hello I am new here but have been asked by captain Caveman to join in. Apparently you have all been praying for me and I thank you as now officially 12 weeks pregnant with my first baby and so far no problems I could not wait for my NHS scan so went private to see little baby at 11 weeks and all was well but looking forward to 27th Nov when the next scan will be and baby will be 13 weeks, as who could get tired of seing your baby. So I need to explore this web site now and get more involved so shall hope to talk to you all soon! xx

prayers for mil and dh please. fil died last wednesday night. although he had been unwell with parkinson for 10 years, he had a heart attack tuesday night. he was very weak.
dh drove up , and did see him. he spent the rest of the week up there.we all going up wednesday for the funeral.

sorry, i am tired, i have already told you about this i realised.
just more prayers for dh, please, he has gone back to work today, says he is having trouble concentrating.
