I've just seen your dream interpretation post, apologies I missed it earlier. It's interesting you mention endless cycles as someone said that to me in a reading last week as well. I can't think what it relates to. I think I probably need to pay some attention to this as it could well be there's an element of my life where I'm going round and round in circles, I'm just not aware where that is yet. Thank you 🙏

Beltane cakes came out beautifully!
(The tiny ones were for Mr Bear and Mr Rabbit).

This is how it looks growing in my garden YashmisCrone. It doesn't have much if any scent when fresh - that comes out more when it's dried.

I have put some to steep in wine for Saturday's May Day celebrations. It makes a wonderful flavouring. You don't need much, just 2 or 3 sprigs in a bottle and the flavour really comes through

Candles are lit and offerings made (not homemade this year but made by my DM amazingly enough)

I'm on the wine here. Just occasionally you should listen to that internal voice that says don't do it - and obey it.....! I knew I was venturing out of my comfort zone but even so. Never ever ever again. Still I guess it was a learning experience!

A wonderful good morning to everyone.

A grey still morning here, I have woken up quite stiff and aching- not ill I was at a Vinyasa Power yoga class yesterday if was very challenging, fast, powerful.
I am taking myself off to my normal yoga this morning, just to iron out some stiffness from yesterday, my normal yoga is much easier- not sure if I sould rest instead, but I will see how it gioes!

It's grey and cloudy here today with rain forecast for later. I'm looking forward to the weekend ahead. I've got a few things planned for Saturday but I've kept Sunday and Monday free. I'm hoping to get out to the Forest to see the bluebells and have done quiet time to myself.

Grey and cooler here too- promise of sunshine tomorrow. I’m feeling a bit overwhelmed. Nothing wrong, just a lot on my plate- so I’ll be making sure I take moments throughout the day to notice the ‘common enchantments’ that are always there if we choose to notice them.

speakout that post is very powerful and perfectly timed for me- thank you. yesterday I noticed that whilst my physical self is not what it once was, I’ve developed a surer and more stable state of mind.

All is fine thank you - It was unfortunately much like I feared it was going to be. Sadly there where people there openly laughing at what was going on (and I do know exactly why i'm afraid, there were moments when I was cringing). Just not my thing at all.

Luckily I have a very good resting bitch face which I hid behind. I really did need that drink afterwards!
