Hello everyone, thank you for all your kind words regarding my work situation. I was feeling very angry about how I had been treated, I decided not to go quietly and escalated how I had been treated to the most senior people in the company.

I've never had the courage to stand up for myself before and I feel amazing for it, I feel strong and empowered. I got the result I wanted, how I was treated will be investigated and it won't happen to anyone else.

I've booked in a week of reflection and planning. I felt the energy from my sisters on here, spurring me on to become stronger. I know that every single word of encouragement and support was genuine, I feel lucky to be part of this group.

During our candle connection tomorrow I will be sending my thankful blessings to you all and enjoying how strong we are together.

I hope everyone has something good planned for this evening.

I had planned to drink some wine, but I need to take my Mum to a prayer evening later.

So instead I am having a large bowl of chocolate pudding and espresso ice cream!.

Snow has turned to sleet/rain, the roads are full of puddles and it is very cold.
Just right fo sniggling indoors, lighting a few candles and some light pottering.
I may make a small batch of candles in a while, but that seems more like play than work to me!

I hope everyone is safe and well.

I found an old phone in a box. Charged it up and it has some photos on that I had completely forgotten about. Including just a handful of me breastfeeding my youngest son - including two from when he was literally hours old. This has lifted my spirits more than I can tell you!

It's most definitely an evening for being tucked up indoors. I've treated myself to some yummy Aldi chocolate and planning to spend the evening doing some more tarot practise. I'm tired after not sleeping much last night, but I'm feeling so connected to spirit right now, I feel I need to be working.

Sounds good- I like working with Tarot when I am sleepy, the deck becomes playful and I often have insights, maybe because my brain is a little foggy with sleepiness that my critical thinking is a little more disengaged!

queen - hope you and your DS are feeling better. I believe I’m perimenopausal and I sometimes feel like I am totally losing the plot! DS2 found an old phone of mine yesterday – we had a happy afternoon looking at the old photos and watching the video clips. They both seemed so young & tiny. I hope you enjoyed your photos just as much.

Loyaul hope you got to chat with your DD about the school issues. It is so hard when your child is struggling with their peer group.

Yashmis that stream looks just like the river that runs down the bottom of my old street. I used to find great peace walking with the dog down there. There was also a huge sense of ancestral connection as my paternal grandmother grew up on the banks of the river & they used to bathe in it. I like to imagine that GM’s childhood would have given the 4 Yorkshiremen a run for their money

It is misty, wet and I can hear thunder rumbling away in the distance right now. The birds are getting louder – it is probably heading our way. I hope we’ll get another fantastic light show. I love the power and vitality of storms – so invigorating and cleansing. I can hear the rain drops starting to fall onto the neighbour’s tin roof. I’m off to sit on the deck with a cup of tea and soak up some of this fabulous energy.

So, I'm now sat on the deck in my pjs, wrapped in a fluffly blanket and sipping tea whilst the storm comes and goes in great waves all around me. It is fantastically energising. I've moved as many plants as I could reach into the rain so that they can get some of this wonderful rain. A great way to start the day!

Mistymount The storm you had looks amazing, I spent a year in the tropics, I emember the violent electrical storms, I loved them.

It's so much lighter in the mornings now, I am having a coffee before making a start to the day.

Dd really enjoyed the tarot yesterday and it really worked to get her to open up. Her best friend is being bullied and she is very upset and uncomfortable because the bullies have been trying to pull dd into the group and away from her friend. It sounds small but for a child who doesn't open up for weeks until it's an explosion it's a huge step.
Now I'm really looking forward to the candle connection

What a difficult situation for your DD. She sounds lovely to be giving her friend such support- I can understand why she is so upset, bullyig is tryly awful.
I am glad the Tarot helped. It can be very empowering.
