my thoughts exactly!!!My PC room is all my domain !!

sibble · 04/04/2004 20:23

thanks - am off to see if I can buy it this afternoon. DH (kiwi bloke that he is) has 4 days of fishing planned off his friends boat when we are away this Easter. Considering I get sick just walking too fast in this pregnancy have a feeling will have alot of spare time on my hands for walks and reading. Good excuse to re-read teh prophecy and give the tenth insight a go - will let you know what I think. I can feel alot of meditation coming on........
How old are your child(ren) everybody btw?

TheCODfather · 04/04/2004 20:24

melsy · 04/04/2004 20:31

Whys that then , u think I am a shallow fashionista. It is my alter ego into the bags.

TheCODfather · 04/04/2004 20:31

I kind of like you as shallow fashionista!

melsy · 04/04/2004 20:32

papillon · 05/04/2004 08:02

Interesting--- alternative stuff - thanks for the compliment.
I think you have a hidden talent there - looked to be speaking in tongues in the 8:24:21 PM post

That fits though as I can never stay on the so called normal path as I have far too much curiousity about lots of things

It spills over into every aspect of my life...

Was thinking more about the 10th last nite as sleep was somewhat evading me. Put dd on her futon for most of the evening next to our bed... so mama was on watch patrol I guess.
Was thinking more about the book and why it was not so well received as the celestine. I think there is a major theme in the book which is very relevent in todays world climate that could make people unconciously not so raptuous about the 10th as they were the first book.
I will not say too much as I know that you are going to read it Sibble. Perhaps once u have read it we could talk more about it? I would certainly appreciate doing so... anyone else keen?

I think it could inject some discussion energy into our thread, to keep our thoughts and feelings alive upon what interests us all.

Our dd is 5.5months old. She is really beginning to more expressive now and interactive. I am very proud of her.

Hi all,
Papillon, which book shall I start with? I'm a Christian but believe in a lot more than the bible and don't believe all of that, iykwim??
Sibble, my two sons are 6 and 3.5. The youngest is to be assessed for possible autism at pre school, just found out last week I know it'll be the lower end of the spectrum though as he's very sociable and all my mates tell me it's a load of b* I know there's 'something' albeit slight though, but he may grow out of it?
Hi Codfather, nice to see you're showing an interest. Do you believe in the afterlife/ghosts? I'd be interested to know your beliefs no matter what.

papillon · 05/04/2004 10:00

Celestine Prophesies by James Redfield is the first book. Any book shop will have it - or library I would imagine. It was very popular when it was published.

Saw the thread about your son... hope u are doing ok?

xx

papillon · 05/04/2004 10:04

We could maybe talk about that one as well!

Morning alternative girls. I agree about discussing books on here, as they have been a great source for my interest. I will have to ask my hypnotherapist if its ok to read it all again. I will dig out all my james redfield books. I watched a programme on self help books(hate to use that title), and the women interviewed said they are much more powerful when worked through with a group.

Juniper I send love to you and your little boy, who sounds fantastic whatever the outcome. Which I hope is a postive and happy one.

melsy · 05/04/2004 10:12

Papillon do you think the sleeplessnes is due to the full moon coming?? I also couldnt get to sleep last night. I didnt want to leave dd's room for a while.

papillon · 05/04/2004 10:16

when IS this full moon happening...

might have been... I had some other stuff going down too... if u really want to know..... perspired loads ... yuke.. might have been me getting rid of the last of my upset from last week. But also looking out for dd in her futon.
She just did a sleep in it ... very well.

Its happening tonight I think.

juniper68 · 05/04/2004 10:32

Thanks for that Papillon. I'm going to try to escape for an hour tomorrow if I can find someone to look after ds as he's off school with the tummy bug. DS2 is going back to pre school though, they've all missed him
He is sooo lovely, and I know he's gettin over his bug as he's getting demanding again

Melsy, why aren't you supposed to read certain books?

juniper68 · 05/04/2004 10:32

Melsy, thanks for the love you sent too xx

melsy · 05/04/2004 10:34

Whislt I am healing and trying to understand my unconcious mind, she doesnt feel it will help to add anymore ideas and thoughts. I also just need some time to listen to myself and my own instincts / physhcic mind to bring on the healing and increase my intuitiveness.

melsy · 05/04/2004 10:42

Can I ask what life dramas do you think you are in ?? Celestine prophecy qeustions ok with everyone?? those who need time to read we will come back to each question discussed.

Sorry Juniper dont wnat to leave you out, as you need some time to read it, but once you start I reckon it will take you no longer than a day. It is VERY engrossing.

juniper68 · 05/04/2004 10:44

Ok, shall I come back when I've read it?

melsy · 05/04/2004 10:45

Although Ive just thought I dont want to exclude others by spoiling it either. We should wait a while. I will have a think about profound books though that have made an impact.

melsy · 05/04/2004 10:46

Noo , want to be able to talk to you all. We can wait.

melsy · 05/04/2004 10:52

My enthusiasm is pouring out of me like an overflow , its really hard to control. Please excuse my over eagerness in this area.
