Ok Kayleigh , lovely. Might find me in pyjamas still but heh !!!! NO FARM RESTAURANTS WILL BE MENTIONED!!!(unless asked!!) . nitey nite. Going to bed after dinner, but have to toss a coin on the 10:30 bottle !!!

sibble · 01/04/2004 20:09

same as here, crisp mornings and evening now but as you know lack of ozone means 20 degrees makes your skin tingle - love the variety

papillon · 01/04/2004 20:11

So do you find many fairies in your garden - any relatives (now that you know your fairy name!)?

Kayleigh · 01/04/2004 20:14

I'm having an early night too. Dh is out tonight (yahooo) so I can mumsnet till my hearts content. Then I intend having a bath with my lavendar candle and a glass of wine by my side. Chocolate will probably appear at some point in that equation too
Bliss.

sibble · 01/04/2004 20:14

we certainly spend alot of time looking, we have 11 acres, with natives, pines, a little stream (when it has rained lots and boy it can rain in Auckland) so hours of fun for DS looking for fairies etc, when he needs distracting. His favourite thing is taking a torch out of a night looking for rabbits, possums, fairies etc. such a lovely age...(4)

papillon · 01/04/2004 20:19

Yes Auckland always seem to have rain. Your place sounds lovely.

So did you learn Reiki in the UK?

OP posts:
papillon · 01/04/2004 20:27

yep, started learning after had DS, was really struggling balancing newborn, full time high pressured job in London etc. knew there was more to life, couldn't work out what I wanted and how to get it etc. shortly after completing reiki 1 I was down to 4 then 3 days....to cut a long story short life became easier...am not sure if reiki helped me see the trees I know it definately made me alot calmer and able to see what was important (and proving myself, making it, long hours and the materialistc things it all bought wasn't important anymore) DH wanted to come back to NZ for the lifestyle so I hesitantly jumped at the chance, became a SAHM for a while and am now working 15 hours/week in similar but much less pressured job.....
am having a breather while am pregnant but know that will resume treating other people once baby is born.....
NZ is such a great place for spiritual things, have met some lovely likeminded people...

sibble · 01/04/2004 20:29

sleep tight, had better get in the shower myself and start the day....

juniper68 · 01/04/2004 23:42

Hope you all sleep well xx

DS is still being sick but sleeping now. All you do is worry when you become a parent

Papillon, the Start course is for anyone really, you don't need to be a Christian. It's a good way of exploring the faith even if you're just curious. I'm a Christian but I have other beliefs too iykwim. I'm very open as long as it's positive.

Melsy, glad you and you're mate are ok x

Sibble, I am soooo jealous

Hi to Kayleigh and anyone else I missed xx

I MUST go to bed now

papillon · 03/04/2004 17:17

papillon · 03/04/2004 19:33

Hi Melsy
Sun still peeping through here .. fairly quiet day as hub had to go to work in the morning.. but that meant I could laze around.
Have been rereading the 10th prophesy which I have found helpful with an issue that I have been wishing to ponder over.
Had a good resolution and have promptly forgotten it... should have written it down!! At least it got the cogs going!
How have u been doing? Hows Albany feeling.. better I hope.

OP posts:
melsy · 03/04/2004 19:42

I think my covers been blown papillon LOL!!!

I read the 10th I think I may written notes all over the pages. There is another one with excersises("experiential something", will have a look) in it and that is covered in notes too!!!

Would love to know about your thoughts & resolution on it, if you want to share it here that is??? I hope nothing to bad is up with u???

DD is much better thanks , still has a raspy cough but much happier. Also started taking a bit more milk again.

Me im ok ish tonight. Had a nice day yesterday , had a nice walk in the afternoon. really chilled & then DH and I argued all evening. Havent yet posted about it , as just too tired.

Just popping to have some dinner
speak soon
mx

papillon · 03/04/2004 19:56

I have the experiential guide book... have been looking at that also. But then felt like just reading a book and the 10th was on the shelf so am reading that.
Had abit of a mishap with a friend and I really felt I could not really find the meaning behind the incident. I was really not able to discuss it with her properly because the answer was not there at the time. I should have written down the answer. Oh well,;, it may come back to me. Will watch my dreams tonite.
Had a lovely day with dd... she is really growing up and I am so enjoying hanging out with her.

OP posts:
papillon · 03/04/2004 19:57

your cover has been blown... how so?

OP posts:
melsy · 03/04/2004 19:59

Im sorry to hear about friedns difficulties. I always go a bit nutty trying to work through bad interactions until I work it out too!!!

papillon · 03/04/2004 20:05

I am just so not interested in conflict...

anyhow, hope you and dh have a better night tonight... send him to clean the fridge if he is any trouble!! My dddddh cleaned ours today. He is a star. I am not a great house keeper. i am biologically made to make babies not iron, or clean lots!! (hence robovac)

OP posts:
melsy · 03/04/2004 20:06

This is a nice stage, they are very cute and it makes you go all mooooshy!!

melsy · 03/04/2004 20:09

I feel funny using DD's name on here. Dont know why as several people know me, Im just being paranoid. I hope I dont offend, as conflict makes me go all wobbly inside.
