No haven't been able to see Mom as yet, she lives 100 miles away.
Wondering what would be helpful to post to her.

Oh so glad to hear he's doing better.

I would see if you can arrange to have a hot meal sent to her or a variety of snacks/granola etc. being stuck in the hospital with an ill child is timeless and you sort of graze all day.

Can you tell her we're all thinking of her ? If it was me I think that would mean more than anything you could send, but others may have more practical ideas ?!
