But yours is well 'ard, tamum. Grin
I think zippi hit the nail on the head down the thread somewhere. Verbiage is one word for it.

Why thenk you Pruni :o. Actually, I fear it is nowhere near as "hard" as maths, say or physics. A bit girly, you know. Actually, I think science PhDs are probably way easier- most people see their supervisors pretty much every day, whereas Arts students seem to manage on once a term quite often. Plus with science the supervisor will mostly have to have got funding in place already, so the gist of it will be planned out.

Can someone please tell me what the hell this thread is all about, have been lurking for days and cannot fathom it out!

Yours is definitely girly, tamum, you deal with girly things like breast cancer and sometimes people, too.

The ability to write clearly, and accessibly, is a lot rarer than many people assume.

Tee hee ... I have a degree in astrophysics... and I can go days at a time without being able to string a coherent sentence together. Not sure whether that proves or disproves the theory really...

Have to admit he gave a link to his website which is www.pauldominic.com and I looked it up and in my girly Irish catholic(OK ex-catholicGrin) way looked up www.dominicpaul.com in error and got \link{http://www.dominicpaul.com\this cutie}! I puzzled over it for about 3 days, really wondering where he found the time!
