It is 5.08AM. Aillidh is with us still, with sats that have remained in the 70s for the night, even when moved, and a stable pulse, and pupils reacting normally to light stimulus.

Smile

I will likely be without MN for a couple of weeks, but I will not stop praying and hoping for you.

May the sun shine on all of you xx.

SPortBlacksand · 06/07/2012 13:55

Reading these last few posts i have found myself breathing in and out very deeply and slowly Sad ... as if it might somehow help.
Keep going Aillidh...x

5madthings · 06/07/2012 13:55

stable and comfortable is good, but sending sats rising vibes so those numbers go up.

am i right in thinkning that tho the bone marrow is engrafting it isnt making the right kind of cells for fighting of bugs etc, so her immune system is still very low? hoping that kicks in and starts helping her body to fight and heal.

much much love ot Aillidh, expat and family, holding your hands and sending strength xxx

whatkungfuthat · 06/07/2012 13:58

I've just lit a candle for you, brave girl x

MadonnaKebab · 06/07/2012 13:58

C'mon Aillidh

You are amazing
Prove them all wrong little girl

xxxx

notmydog · 06/07/2012 13:59

Let's then pray very specifically for Aillidh's lungs to heal and start working properly to get life-giving oxygen into her blood and through her body. Father God please touch Aillidh's lungs, make them strong again and heal them completely, in the precious name of Jesus we're asking this.

CremeEggThief · 06/07/2012 14:00

So pleased you're still here. Bravest little girl in the world. XXXXXX

5inthebedPPA · 06/07/2012 14:03

I went into town to do some shopping this morning. My bus stops outside a church. I found myself inside lighting a candle and saying a small plea for AIllidh. I've not been inside a church like that since my nana died 16 years ago and I lost my faith.

Come on Aillidh

Scootergrrrl · 06/07/2012 14:03

"Even the darkest night will end and the sun will rise" is one of my favourite quotes. Praying that the dark night is ending for Aillidh and her family, and the sun will soon begin to shine on them.

BewitchedBotheredandBewildered · 06/07/2012 14:03

SPort I'm doing exactly the same!
Maybe we should all try it?

littlemisssarcastic · 06/07/2012 14:03

Sometimes, we all need a little reminder that miracles do happen. Aillidh has touched so many people and I believe she is showing us all that miracles DO happen. She is one!!

I'm going to keep watching, and keep believing, because this is a miracle I am seeing.

God bless you sweetheart!! Keep fighting!! I believe you can beat this!!!

no words - just hugs, thoughts and prayers

Haemadoots · 06/07/2012 14:14

I know what you mean dog.

JustFabulous · 06/07/2012 14:18

I agree D0G. I feel helpless and wish I could help.

I have to start the school run now so won't be back for a couple of hours but I will be thinking of A and her family and friends the whole time.

and no, it wasn't me who left my DS behind because my mind was in Scotland and not here

MrsYamada · 06/07/2012 14:19

In my thoughts.x

Annunziata · 06/07/2012 14:21

Such an amazing little girl. The world is behind you, god bless little one.

bumbleymummy · 06/07/2012 14:21

Praying for her lungs to heal and her sats to start rising. Keep going little Aillidh. You are doing so well.

StillSquiffy · 06/07/2012 14:21

Continuing to pray for this warrior child

Northernlurker · 06/07/2012 14:23

Miracles happen. I'm going in to town in a minute and I'm going to York Minster to light a candle for Aillidh. Nothing is impossible for God.

God, our loving Father, whose hands bring healing, we bring Aillidh before you and we ask for your help for her. Father God, heal her lungs, strengthen her immune system, bring her back to us so that, like the child that Jesus went to, she gets up and all around her are amazed. Miracles happen, our faith is strong in You.

Geranium3 · 06/07/2012 14:24

You are still on my mind and in my heart Aillidh, with everything i do today.
Keep fighting Aillidh, it will be sooooo worth it when you are better and enjoying life again with everyone that loves and cherishes you so very much. xxxxxxx

X posted with DOG and others - I think there is a time for practical things and we've had that and will have it again. Then there is a time to be still and let our hearts do the fighting. That's where we're at right now.
We are not helpless.

Caramelia · 06/07/2012 14:27

NL, that is lovely. I've not been anywhere that's made me feel more spiritual or closer to God than York Minster.

Saying more prayers for you Aillidh, hang in there sweet girl. You are truly inspirational. I know many adults who could not do what you continue to do. Stay strong, little one. xx
