wonderful positive news to wake to....the girl has spirit and fight!! Long may she continue to astound us.

It is 5.08AM. Aillidh is with us still, with sats that have remained in the 70s for the night, even when moved, and a stable pulse, and pupils reacting normally to light stimulus.

Can't sleep for thinking about expat and what she must be going through, not to mention Aillidh. My head tries to go there but won't. Too awful. But this lovely Aillidh will fight on, am sure of it. She has to.

Woken up by the baby & my first thought was of you Aillidh. Praying you've had a good night and that you've shown that nurse how it's done!

All our love & prayers are with you & yours. My DH keeps asking about how you are doing, and I was telling my DS1 who is 4 about you too. He loved your cover photo on Facebook.

Just checking in to see if there was any updates this morning.

The funniest thing happened just now, I lit my candle before taking my dog for a walk, we went out and I saw the woman who lives 6 doors away from me lighting a candle in her window.
I know her, not well, she moved in about 3 months ago and I see her with her dogs sometimes.

Anyway I waved at her, the windows were open and she came out. We were talking and she said she had noticed I had candles in my windows the last few days as well.
I told her they were for Aillidh and her family and guess what? Hers were for Aillidh too.
Turns out she is also a mumsnetter, praying for Aillidh.

Isn't it wonderful how many people are praying for Aillidh.

So now you have at least 2 lights shining on you in my street Aillidh.

No FB updates as yet. Praying no news is good news.

How weird Tantrums! Talk about bringing people together.

DD just craweled in to bed with me and asked about Aillidh ... hope she had a peaceful night and her sats are still rising xxx

Your posts have made me well up. I think it is the loveliness of people coming together for a child and family that most of us don't know.

I have to buy a dress for my 9 year old today who really doesn't want one and I will be thinking about A who I hope will be asking for many dresses for many years to come .

The sun is out here after all the rain of yesterday.

I hope the sun is shining on Aillidh and her family.
