It is 5.08AM. Aillidh is with us still, with sats that have remained in the 70s for the night, even when moved, and a stable pulse, and pupils reacting normally to light stimulus.

A candle lit here, plus many prayers.

Lit a candle in church. Watched it flicker and burn, hoping and hoping to send the darkness away. Wish there was more one could do.

Gave DH an update this morning - we've been praying for her - and he said Blimey she's a fighter, isn't she?! yes she is!
Praying that she and all her family will know God's comfort.

Ever since someone mentioned it on here this morning, I have been unable to get Dory's 'just keep swiiming' song out of my head, so here is the quote it it's entirety

This will sound silly but I was giving DS a bowl of Coco Pops yesterday and an image of Aillidh sitting up and eating some popped into my head. I'm going to keep picturing her like that, Happy and healthy.

Another one who was thinking of Aillidh all night. Was terrified to log on this morning but was so thrilled to see the FB update.

I must admit that last night I was angry that all the love and prayers wasnt working. But now! Wow. Keep on praying. Keep on hoping. Keep on wishing. I have not prayed so much since I was at school. A long long time ago.

Off to light my candle again.

Another one here who had a heavy heart this morning but wow! What a brave and inspiring girl you are aillidh! Is aillidh still being ventilated does anyone know? Sending love and prayers to you Aillidh and expat and giraffes. I am so proud to be a mnetter what an amazing bunch of people you all are.

Stealth. I think it's good news, great news. Aillidh appeared to be going downhill yesterday, but she got through the night, her stats were stable even when she was moved and she has suprised them all... that has to be good x

If anyone can explain what the updates mean,that would be so helpful to those of us who don't quite understand the medical terms.

For now I'm assuming stable=good.
